“Black Friday Iphone contract and deal - Delivery was not great but that is an external company and also the data stated on the offer required clarification as the letter from Vodafone said 20GB versus 60GB and I had to contact them to discover why”

“There were some fantastic black Friday deals on refurbished iphones, and I am very pleased with my purchase. However I did experience frustrating delays in receiving the correct information about the cashback on my account with mobiles.co.uk, and had to phone several times, (with a long wait on the line each time). When I finally got through, the customer services operators were all very nice, and eventually the details on my contract were correctly updated.”

“It is staggering how the mobile networks treat their incumbent customers so badly. They rely on customers just paying up for no hassle. You can get a better deal: less monthly cost; more minutes; more texts ; more data with mobiles.co.uk than renewing your contract with any of the networks. I even managed to stay with the same provider 02 !”
