“Very easy to order. Great price, better than direct with O2. Phone arrived next day as stated. Can't fault them at all. I got an O2 tariff. The only problem I had is that when trying to keep my current number O2 wouldn't activate the sim for me over the phone as it hadn't come directly from them. I had to go into an O2 shop for them to give me another sim directly from them, then swap my number over. Surely this can be changed as I see no point in Mobiles.co.uk or any other third party phone company sending sims out with their phones if the companies won't activate them directly. All very time consuming and a bit of a pain but all sorted & up & running now.”

“Got a great deal on my s9 and delivery was next day (although the carrier has trouble locating my home). One minor thing was my invoice looks like someone screwed it up in a ball before putting it in the package. Also the Packing isn't very protective my phone box had dinted edges, thankfully my phone seems ok though...”

“Easy to purchase from, staff were helpful when contacted. The only downside is that to claim back any discount you have to sign up to a scheme which could incur additional payments out and your details get passed onto other companies. But the overall experience was very good.”
