“Was fairly easy to order however as I needed to purchase two phones made it the process slightly more complicated but turned out fine, phones arrived the next day (on a sunday). Only problem I had was one of the sims (according to the network provider) was already registered to a another person with an account that was closed. After calling customer services the problem was resolved in about 2 days.”

“Phone conversation was good and helpful also very helpful with the person on the phone who helped me sort my payments out a bit disappointed that I asked for delivery at a different address and came to my home address luckily enough someone was in at my home address but other than that very good”

“Whilst the price, the ordering process and dispatching of the phone was excellent, the courier DPD, was a total let down. The phone was at the Nottingham Depot for three days for some unexplained reason, which meant that I had to take time off work to finally receive the phone. Not good!”
