“Very impressed with phone, speed of service but they forgot to put the SIM card in the box which has caused me lots of problems. They did apologise and make a credit to my account enabling me to buy a nice charger though.”

“My phone dropped dead, I had to get another phone ASAP. Very happy with the service I received, applied for my phone contract on Monday, had it in hand on Tuesday, in less than 24 hours. Already recommended to 2 of my friends today. The only issue was that I received my phone unpacked, with no outer package hiding it, so everyone could easily recognize this is an iPhone, which i feel not very safe”

“From order to delivery of the phone, the whole process was very fast, inside 24 hours. The phone was well packed and in pristine condition. Accessing the Mobiles website was a bit of a faff with Captcha anti-bot picture checks popping up at every opportunity if you delayed or had to check details. However, once they were overcome the website was clear and easy to understand. All in all a good experience.”
