“I would have rate it very good but this is what happened with me.First I ordered XRiphone and received it after 2 days which encouraged me to order another one for my daughter Shams.The telephone wasnt received as DPD didnt deliver.My daughter kept phoning you for 10 days and after a long story we got a refund.But O2 didnt refund her the first bill yet. I ordered another XR in my name and DPD delivered it at 5 oclock whereas your email says between 1pm and 2.”

“I have no real issues with Mobiles.co.uk except that my phone protective cover arrived a day after my handset. However, my disappointment with the attitude of O2 towards giving me a new contract but withholding a 2nd contract for my partner. I tried multiple ways to get the 2 contracts and on all occasions the 2nd contract was rejected. I am otherwise pleased with the deal for my own contract however I will be returning it in protest at my partner not being able to receive her new phone. I suggest you take this up with O2.”

“Very pleàsed with phone after a few weeks usage. However their is now a problem. Whilst browsing the phone started flashing alarmingly incredibly bright lightning like to the extent that i powered it down fearing an explosion!”

“Dealt with mobiles.co.uk, many years ago, was pleased then and nothing has changed, the price was really good, but the provider (Vodafone) that’s another story! Apparently although we’re in the 21st century and technology is supposed to be super duper? The machines take the weekend off?? and it’s going to take around three days to port over my number, even with the PAC Code, happy with the phone though!”
