“New phone arrived in very quick time. Communications re. order/delivery were very good. However, when I tried to use the phone, with the new sim I got "Not Registered On Network". So I had to contact my new provider (Vodaphone) to go through a credit check and then set up the agree contract which I'd taken with Mobiles.co.uk - It seems it did not all go across to Vodaphone? All is well now though :-)”

“Phone arrived on time, and the package was undamaged. I opened up the phone and it was mint as expected, but under closer inspection there was a chip in the screen on the left side. Easily hidden under the screen protector I installed.”

“The phone was supposed to be delivered next day (Friday) but didn’t arrive until Monday. I also had trouble setting up My Account. However, the customer service person that I spoke to was very helpful and resolved both issues quickly.”

“Very good communication with sales etc. Mobile phone Arived next day. Just that after I made the sale and payed a up front cost i looked online for myself and the upfront cost of my partner's handset had gone down to 99p when I played £50.00 was not entirely happy about that.thats the only critasisiam to make”
