“I got this phone and contract for my 16 year old daughter.which means she gets the newer phone and way more data.phone came next day as promised.My daughter is very happy with the phone only had it a few days but so far so good. My wife and other daughter are very jealous of her and will probably follow her lead when their contracts expire”

“I'm happy with the deal and the phone plus the service. I think improvement d could be made with switching numbers. I stuck with EE and shared my current number, yet a new SIM and number were issued and my number still hasn't transferred over yet.”

“Phone is great but unfortunately I wasn’t made aware that as my phone was refurbished it would come with no charger or headphone adaptor. One very frustrated daughter receiving it.”

“Delivery change to a day later but this was explained in fairness. The only reason I have not rated as very good is whilst I accept 3rd party provider of phone package, therefore user/purchaser responsible for dealing with Newport providers, some guidance on mobiles.co site would be helpful, particularly when trying to take e siting number. I reiterate I am aware this is NOT mobile.co responsibility but a little advice/guidance would add value to service and influence purchase decisions.”

“Very pleased with my refurbished iPhone XR in red, which is in perfect as new condition. Battery showing 100% health. It didn’t come in it’s original box, but was well packed. Disappointed that it didn’t come with lightning headphones or a sim removal tool though. Still, did offer a good saving over new so overall I’m happy and would recommend.”

“When a person buys two phones as I did and gives you two numbers you shouldn’t register both phones in the name of the person placing the order as this proves to be a nightmare to fix when setting up phones!!”
