“I always get my phone from mobiles.co.uk and never have any issues with the phone itself, trustworthy and fine. Not a 5* review as I was promised next day delivery on my order and it didn’t come until the day after. Small price to pay for contract half the price of its competitors however still frustrating as I ordered within the correct time slot to qualify for next day delivery.”

“I had originally purchased the same phone from another online retailer, but there was no idea of when it would be delivered and couldn't not be delivered to an alternative address. Mobiles.co.uk delivered the phone the next day with a similar tariff and to a alternative address, the communication was great as was the service! The review is 4 stars instead of 5 as the tariff was slightly worse than the alternative I found (1gb less) and the box was a slightly bashed when I got it, but everything inside was fine. Thank you!”

“The only issue I had was the delivery. The customer needs to be better informed when the delivery day will be. I waited in all day for a phone that didn’t arrive and was left very disappointed. I still don’t have the phone but am hopeful it will arrive today. You should consider a different delivery company.”

“Deals on phones were the best I could find. Not given 5stars as I had to ring customer sevices on both occassions when I purchased phones in order to view my 'account' and the cashback offer is too complicated.”

“Service was good and all questions were answered. Elected to do order on line to give myself time and also because of some background noise at call centre. Person who had helped earlier rang back to check out progress and answer further questions which I found useful. Not rushed and saved a considerable amount! Will always use this company when considering future telephone purchases!”

“Really good sales team. Happy with contract however..Got my new contract with a new S10 on Friday, to find when I opened the box the phone had scratches a long the back bottom. Customer services are the let down for this company. Was told differant things by differant advisors about the DPD returns label to send my phone back for an exchange. One told me it lasts 8 hours one told me it lasts 24 hours and then one told me it doesn't expire! I also asked for a manager to speak to who was coincidentally not in and got told he would call me back which he didn't. The accent is very strong and sometimes I felt a communication barrier. Not great that I only had my phone 1 day to be told I need to send it back and be without a phone (but still pay my contract) till they receive it back and only then I could have a new phone sent out again which can take up to 5 days baring in mind I paid a 150pound upfront cost for the handset! So now I'm without a phone to use, still paying my contract and 150pound down till I get my new phone again. The contract are good but just be aware the customer service is shocking.”
