“Couldn't end up booking online - but have still been charged a penny for every time I tried. The chap over the phone was super helpful and sped through the booking process with me. He said I'd be refunded for the pennies but that still hasn't happened yet. I also haven't been offered the 3 months free Apple Music which was advertised online. Overall pretty satisfied!”

“From the initial call to receiving the phone was under 24 hours - quick, easy and smoothly done. I chose an iPhone 6s because not only have I had one for four and a half years already and find it is exactly what I need BUT at a cracking monthly price. So far so good.”

“I’m happy with the phone, the service and hopefully the deal. I’m waiting to find out, although I have been reassured by mobiles and my provider that the data allowance a month is what mobile offered but on the providers app is 30gb less. If it does come through then top marks on all aspects.”

“Great experience. Prices were compared and presented in an easy to understand manner with best deals on top. Filters made it simple to find exactly what I was looking for. Order process was simple and I could track my order. Still waiting for the fire tablet that should be a free gift but that’s on EE not this website.”

“First of all I tried to buy the phone online and the card details wouldn’t go through, I gave up. The next day 4x 1p has been taken from my accounts so I thought 4 transactions had gone through. So I called them up they assure me that 4 transactions hadn’t gone through and then I bought the phone over the phone. It came the next day, I put the sim in and it had no signal for 48 hours so I called Vodafone. They couldn’t sort it out over the phone because I hadn’t set up any security questions. After the call feel annoyed I put the sim back in the phone, turned it on and it worked.”

“The phone is great, very similar to the Iphone 6. The only issue is the very short battery life. Apple need to work harder ro resolve this.”
