“Customer service agent was very pleasant and very helpful. Got a great deal on my new phone. The only negative thing was that I was told that DPD would deliver my phone on Tuesday but it did not arrive until Wednesday, otherwise I was very pleased with the service/experience.”

“So far so good. Ordered my phone got next delivery. All up and running which is great. Had a little problem with the accessories I purchased for my phone as I got a pack for a different phone however they sent one out for next day delivery so it was resolved for me.”

“No problem with Mobiles co uk, but not so keen on DPD as the delivery company. They wouldn't leave the phone in a safe place due to the value and apparently being told by Mobile co uk they are not allowed to do this. I was not in, the depot was 30 miles away so had to ring and cancel first phone and get another one delivered to work. This is despite Mobiles co uk saying in the details that the phone 'can be left in a safe place'. Clearly one or other needs to get this sorted. Either say it can not be left in a safe place or tell DPD they can leave it in a safe place.”

“The order I put in on line was simple it didn’t take that long, the woman I spoke to on the phone was lovely and kind the only thing I wasn’t happy about was delivery but that’s not the company fault x”

“Very easy to use when I placed my order it said it was out of stock so i rang them cause it said it was instock before i placed my order and they was quick to check there system to make sure and they sent my phone straight away can't fault them”
