“Speedy delivery and great deals. Unfortunately, there was an item missing from my order so I had to re-order and wait an extra day. The item was a wireless charger pad, which was recommended by the site with my phone and when reordering the chap never mentioned that this charger was an older version and therefore an older cable was required as I would've have bothered ordering it.”

“order and delivery of the new phone was quick and simple, however despite requesting a number transfer this wasn’t done so I’ve had to sort this out on my own which has been a bit complicated as I’m staying with the same network”

“just annoyed i seem unable get a return note for my phone, and you trying take first payment out of my bank account, even though its been cancelled..saying that, once i have returnd this mobile i shall be looking to order a different phone”

“The service was good but I was thrown by the note to say that Windows Internet was not supported. Please use another browser. I did not know how to do that and it damaged my whole interaction with Mobiles.co.uk. You must cater for the less educated internet users.”

“Generally process was easy and of course the deal was attractive. Only problem was that it was not clear that the package needed to be signed for so that delivery was delayed as the standing instruction to leave in a safe place did not apply. That said everything else was great.”

“I cannot fault the order process through mobiles.co.uk it was very smooth and easy to do. However, I would recommend they change courier as it took me 4 days to get my phone from DPD. I attempted to collect from the depot and even though I had a utility bill and ID I was turned away because the address on my license was different (due to me having recently moved out of my parents) I was told they would deliver to a neighbour if no one was in (they would deliver to a stranger but wouldn't actually give it to me) it then got sent back to the depot again and I collected for the 2nd time- this assistant wasn't so particular and finally gave me the phone!”

“First person i spoke to about refurbished Iphone 8 deal didn't know anything about. Put me through to the sales team who did know and dealt with the order with no problem. However I did ask for the handset to be delivered to my work...which it wasn't and had to rush home early and literally just caught the DPD driver has he was about to leave. Decent overall service but not brilliant.”
