“Having read some terrible reviews about mobiles.co.uk we proceeded with our order as it seems like a very good deal. The phone arrived the day after we ordered as promised and everything has gone well so far. Customer support has been very good both times I have had to contact them for minor issues Regarding the prize draw for adding this review... The terms state that the draw period ended in October 2015! I'd urge anyone who is writing a review to check this for themselves. Overall I give 4 stars as we've only had the contract for a few days and although everything is good so far I'm still waiting for something to go wrong having read so many bad reviews on another 'trusted' review site.”

“Well they messed up on eth promised sunday delivery date, but when confronted on Monday came good to deliver to another part of the country on Tuesday. the first telephone helper was a bit rubbish but the second one was excellent. very helpful, competent, polite and got everything sorted”

“Seem to have the cheapest deals but I did notice that the deals change regularly. I bought a refurb iPhone 6s which I have had for around a week. Happy with the purchase - as it was a refurb it didn't come in the original box, which wasn't an issue as they do state this on the site. Just beware of this so it doesn't disappoint you. The phone did come with an official charger but not a tool for ejecting the sim card slot, which was a pain as I wanted to set my phone up straight away, I ended up manipulating a paperclip into the right shape and using that. Something else to note. Once I received the phone and sim I felt a little in the dark about what to do next, I wasn't sure whether I would have an account automatically set up with my network provider (o2) or if I could view my contract online or when I would receive my first bill. I ended up contacting o2 myself about this and discovered they automatically set up a new account for me with o2 but I didn't have the log in details sent to me.”
