“The phone is great and the turnaround time is rapid. My previous network was EE and my only complaint is that it wasn't clear that my old number can't be ported directly to my new EE account. This could be clearer and easier to arrange. I am pleased with the product.”

“I ordered two Iphone 7 contracts at the same time, 1 for me and one for my wife. The price was very good and if i went directly to the network themselves i would have been paying £15 more per month for each phone (saving us £720 over the 2 years combined). My phone arrived the next day but my wifes had a problem and her phone didnt arrive. Mobiles.co.uk didnt contact us to say there was a problem. We phoned up mobiles.co.uk and they said payment was not taken but it had. They sent my wifes phone out 3 days late. Bit of a annoyance but nothing to cry over. Experience so far of mobiles.co.uk is good.”
