“Very easy to order, best deal around. NO problems. Delivery mas messed up a little as was supposed to get phone on a saturday delivered at home and was then told it wouldn't get it until the monday. Ended up having to pay in order to get a delivery slot that convenient for work.”

“Sales staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and were not too pushy to get a sale. I did have a concern after delivery, but this was dealt with very quickly and easily. Lack of weekend response and availability is only reason why I have not awarded 5*. But so far been happy with service.”

“Phone ordered arrived on time. Despite the bad review's I read of your company my experience was very good.However an email I sent on 31/1 still remains unanswered. The battery on the phone runs out pretty fast even though I have used it very little. A chap from 3 seems to think the phone is a refurbishment. Is it a refurb. Any suggested solutions to the battery problem. I have had a phone for a week now.”

“Got the deal I wanted in the end after some negotiation. I think loyal customers should be treated the same as new customers without having to take out new overlapping contracts. However on a positive I am pleased with my deal and got my phone quickly and easily and the sales chap was polite, clear and confident.”
