“When I finally ordered it was straight forward smooth and just worked. The only thing which was frustrating was the lack of a freephone or local call number for a question or hitch. This delayed me as I had to stop the purchase several times to make further inquires elsewhere. The purchase nearly did not go through. I give it a 4 because it when through smoothly and fast with no hitch including fast and efficient delivery.”

“The customer services team were very helpful and polite and I received my phone the next day as agreed. However I was told by several different advisers that I could keep my current number by getting a sim from another network provider which would only cost me 99p. What they didn't tell me was that it is not possible to do what they suggested without first putting a £10 top up onto the card otherwise the sim will not be registered on that network and it will therefore not be possible to get a PAC code. Maybe a small grumble considering the hassle it would have been for me to change a number that I have had for 20years but nevertheless I would have been happier if I had been told about this from at the start. Otherwise all seems fine.”

“They were mostly very good though the phone line was expensive to call. I accidentally ordered two phones and cancelled one immediately. Unfortunately my line provider is still planning to charge me for two not sure where the error is. Great price. They have responded to most but not all of my online queries”

“Delivery was as stated and phone arrived in good order. Happy with this part of service. However, I was not happy with the fact that that website stated I would be charged 1p on my credit card to confirm my ID. But Mobile.co.uk took £1.01! Why this happened I don't know and I await a response.”

“Phone arrived within 24 hours. i thought I had a good offer but within only a week or two much better offers for the iPhone 6S were available from Mobiles.co.uk. I paid £250 for the phone it is now being offered at £10. I feel cheated.”
