“Great offers! Phone arrived as expected, next day delivery for 1p, even though it said it was free (but didn't bother me). As it was a new phone it was in excellent condition, and the new SIM card came with it. Would be 5 stars but I do not know if the bill is going to stay at the price they offered because on my bills it states that a certain amount of money is discounted and it only has it discounted for a month. So, hopefully this discount resumes and stays the same price, and if it does, then I would quite happily change it to 5 stars. Just a recommendation, maybe you could start selling protective gear for the phones via bundles, for example, screen protector and cases. This would just be an easier place to get it as it would come with the phone, but as you just sell phones, it's completely understandable if you didn't.”

“Price, speed and efficiency are all very good, in fact excellent. The only thing that let you down is I was not able to buy a 3rd phone, so one of my three kids goes without. Why sell me 2 phones but not a 3rd?? my credit score is excellent and it means I have to spend money at one of your competitors - I dont get it.”
