“Great service and very simple. However, it would have been useful to know that my SIM wouldn't be activated until 24 to 48 hours later. Had to call customer services to query and this could have been avoided.”

“After ordering online and being confirmed a "special deal" popped up being stupid and not wearing my glasses I clicked on it for a saving £16 only when it went through to pay out point with bank details I realised it was a £15 a month charge. I pulled out of offer at this point and didn't confirm everything but it was showing on my mobiles account after ringing and Facebook I wasn't getting anywhere staff didn't have a clue what I was talking about and didn't want anything to do with it. Finally being put through to a lady for the 4tb / 5th time I spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about and I was starting to lose my cool at this point and nearly to the point of cancelling and going else where. After speaking to the lady for 5 minutes she did explain everything and reassured me everything was good. After that phone turned up on time and everything is looking ok on account.”

“Deliverly was quick but am still waiting on my sim to activate. It's been 24hrs as I write this and will have to wait another 24hrs before anyone can do anything about it. I've never had this problem before (max 1/2 wait previously). It's a shame I cannot get my phone up and running straigt away. Not even sure, in the next 24hrs it will be resolved.”

“Great service. Difficult to understand online regarding being able to keep existing number but the girl I spoke to at customer services was really helpful. Phone arrived the next day and easy to set up. Lacked instructions regarding sim card though but otherwise great service and best price.”

“Very good, easy to use. Offers displayed clearly. Only thing i would suggest to get 5 stars is to let people know when there is no phone charger with your new phone. I had a wire that connects two phones, but not a usb one. Thankfully my old phone has the same size charging port, otherwise i wouldn't have been able to use it at all when it first arrived.”
