Orders 2 phones both same name address and direct debit got first phone Samsung got message from you about second phone iPhone which says couldn't process as wrong bank details which i don't understand as set up OK with first phone and these were both ordered in the same basket

The person I spoke with was unable to deal with my issue and refused to take a complaint and said I had to write in rather than email in any complaint. I was messed around regarding a change of order and a cancellation of delivery, which was still delivered and it was only because I refuse to accept delivery of the item that when the person who brought it went to scan the item it said 'do not deliver'.

Broken phone delivered and then after being on hold for 20 minutes, finally arranged a replacement but without a phone for 2 weeks without compensation

I was supplied with an iPhone that was an upgrade but they created another account. This meant that I was paying more than twice as much as I should as the iPhone was an upgrade and not a new phone and account. I returned the iPhone but unfortunately I am still waiting for the £20 also the return postage to be sent to me by way of cheque as outlined by the customer service. If this is not completed very shortly I will have to make an official complaint. The iPhone was mis sold to me.

Ordered my phone on Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered on Monday, which didn't happen. Despite waiting all day on Tuesday, it still didn't happen. Phoned dpd and then mobiles.co.uk (and being charged for making the phone call). Turned out that dpd lost the package somewhere in the warehouse. I was told that another phone would be sent out, however, today (Thursday), I still haven't heard anything from mobiles.co.uk. Now my current provider is charging me another month and my new provider already billed me for the forst month. Not happy.

excellent delivery and great phone, easy to set up direct debit etc. BUT when I opened the package I found that I am unable to use the phone (iPhone 6) because the wrong size SIM card was sent with the phone. This was a present for outstanding GCSE results, and as such I now have an extremely disappointed teenager.

Took money from me, didn't send my new phone and then denied the money had been taken....eventually realised I was right and told me I'd get a refund in 28 days!! Shocking service.

I ordered an upgrade but you created a new account so I had to send the phone back and cancel the contract. This cost me £8.20 . I will only upgrade using the main provider from now on .

Customer service was very slow. I spent about 45 minutes on hold and it cost approximately £20. Also the first member of staff I spoke to was very rude, abrupt and unhelpful.

Brand new IPhone faulty will not switch on. Took to Vodafone shop who can't replace so now on a 40 mile trip to the Apple Store to see if they can replace.

Initial service was prompt, phone delivered on time. However, phone was faulty and unusable. Was told it could not be collected on the day I tried to return it, despite my phoning the help line at 9am. Was asked to return it by post myself, am still waiting for my new phone. C.Gartland
