I have had several phones from Mobiles.co.uk and never had a problem before. However, I was not impressed this time. I was phoned on a Tuesday evening and got the phone I wanted at a good price. I was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday. It wasn't. I waited in all day and eventually got at e-mail at 4.15pm saying it was ready for despatch, so it was obvious it wouldn't be coming that day. However, at 6.00pm Mobiles.co.uk deactivated my sim card and EE said there was nothing they could do about it unless I could get to a shop (I live in the middle of the country), so I was without a phone until the new one was delivered at 2.00pm the next day. Also, although I had a tracking number, every time I tried to find out when the phone was coming on the DPD site, it said they couldn't trace the order so until it actually turned up I had no idea if it was coming. Surely the sim card on the existing phone should not be deactivated until the provider knows the new phone is about to be delivered? I am 60 and disabled, my husband was away, I have no landline so I was without any way of contacting anyone in an emergency for 20 hours.

Received a refurb phone . Damaged so phoned and you have arranged a return but I have been given no guarantees the next phone will be without fault so I find that slightly frustrating also will need to be without a phone for 5days so negative overall opinion of this transaction

All our handsets come with a 30 day exchange period from day of delivery as well as a 12 month warranty. Mobile came with wrong sim. This error has now coloured my opinion of mobiles.co.uk The delivery was accurate but if the device can't be used what's the point?

Hello Colin, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you didn't receive the correct size SIM card with your handset. The SIM should be a multi-SIM which can be broken down into different sizes. If this isn't the case, please call your network provider or visit one of their stores, and they will issues you with a replacement SIM card in the size you need. I transferred from T-Mobile under the promise I would retain my old number. A week later I am still having to use two phones to take and make calls. Not happy!

I recieved an I phone6s it was not new it had a huge list of e mail address in it. It has since been returned and I have to wait between 3 and 5 days for a replacement. In the meantime I am without a phone. So angry

Cancelling an order has been so far almost impossible. I now have a bill from voda and have incurred pots of phone bill costs. I didn't even accept the phone never mind use it. Surely it can't be that hard to cancel and order within two hours of acceptance?

Ordering my new phone was very easy to do and I am happy with my phone. My only real issue was I paid £7 to get my phone by 10:00 the next . As you can imagine 10:00 o'clock came and went . After looking at more detail into the delivery procedure turns out that as I live in Aberdeen they don't even guarantee next day delivery so why was I even giving the option to pay for early delivery when it was not available were I live ?

When I was going to purchase my phone contract, the price plan and the precise minutes and calls usage was not specified. For example, a vodafone package with unlimited calls and messages; but no sign of whether this was to any network or what limits it has. It also does not include when the first payment would be debited out of the account for the first payment. You have to make an account after you purchase and go through many things to access this. This should be clearly stated BEFORE purchase. This is also misleading.

I recieved my phone in opened box. I tried to email to the company no answer. Phone call will be charged heavily. Visited the site to check any info and found that they cannot guarantee seal box. What nonsense is that! The phone box label says "do not accept if seal is broken", and this website forced us to accept that. This brings cloud into my mind about this website. Untrustworthy and poor customer service. Never recommend anybody.

Good price, fast delivery. Unfortunately you sent out the wrong SIM card in the correct packaging for the other SIM card I should have received and so then I had to drive to an EE store to sort it all out myself.

Ordered and paid for next day , before 10.30 delivery. Had already received an email saying it on its way. Then had another email 1hour before the 10.30 deadline to say delivery company had not received it from mobiles.Co. UK. Chased them for them not to know what had happened and was promised an email to inform me once they had. This never happened!! Then the next day whilst at work, I receive a text off the delivery company to tell me phone would be delivered within the hour. Had to leave work early and race home to receive it. Really poor service

Thought i got a good deal vodafone 4G red plan. No it is not the red plan from vodafone its mobiles.co.uk own plan i'm told so you dont get the red plan (some roaming calls included on red plan elsewhere) . Called mobiles.co.uk its my fault because i didnt ask if it was the same. Althought it didnt say either way. But advetised a red plan cannot do anything. Cos put sim in phone Even though vodafone give 30 day trial again these dont. BIG CON NEVER BUY FROM THESE mobile.co.uk

All good with mobiles.co.uk, except for one thing. I ordered my phone on a Saturday, its Friday I still don't have my handset and I started being billed from Monday. I asked them about this and I was given no answer.

Bought son phone for birthday waited 3 days for it to be turned on phoned people up to be fobbed off put on to someone else then when finally got a answer gotta wait 3_5 days for new chip so my son can use his phone very disappointed:(

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. It had a lot of harware issues (not connecting wifi and lagging) and incredibly slow for a flagship phone. Lukily their exchange and return policy was really good. I managed to exchange mine at CarphoneWarehouse.

Received my iPhone 6s went to charge the phone & nothing happened battery eventually died tried to charge it again still no power. Tried another charger and still no power coming to the phone, tried to reset the phone and still nothing. Phoned up and told my problem very helpful man on the phone, sending the phone back and will be recieving a new one soon after. Hopefully this one works!

Tried to contact mobiles.co.uk after purchasing an iPhone but it is a nightmare getting through took me 3 days to speak to somebody and at least 15-30 minutes and it's costing me 15 pence a minute. Finally spoken to somebody who doesn't have a clue of what I am asking. ( perso locked on sim) which she thought it was the sim that's locked but it is actually the phone.
