The staff are polite and friendly. The price was excellent. But we've had the phone (iphone6s) for 5 days and still have no service. (Vodaphone). So we're very disappointed.

Its a hit or miss with this company: I have ordered twice from this website. The deals are very well priced but I suspect they only allow a certain percentage through on the advertised "best deals" because I couldn't get the same deal twice and then had to go for a more expensive option. They then had a problem with two credit cards so I had to pay be debit ( both my credit cards were clearing with other transactions before and after, so I also suspect that they choose not to pay associated credit card fees!) Customer services call waiting time can be up to an hour when the initial message says waiting time 20 minutes.

The first attempt to get phone ended up a fiasco. The next one was a very good exoerience when I finally spoke to somebody (after an hour of being passsed round) who knew what they were doing and sorted things out

Happy with the phone and deal but Mobiles.co.uk's service was awful. The phone came a day late, I had to do all the chasing and paid a premium rate phone number for the privelage!

Worst purchase I have ever made. Phone can never get signal, always says searching. Have to send phone back,. Usb cable doesn't fit in the charger port

Promised delivery on Thursday. Mobiles.co.uk failed to hand parcel over to DPD in time for DPD to achieve promised date. Called mobiles.co.uk to request an AM delivery the following day (Friday). Or a change of address to save me taking another day off work waiting for a parcel that may or may not arrive. Sympathetic noises from the mobiles.co.uk colleague. But no action. Nor any suggestion of any kind of goodwill gesture. Disappointing.

Phone was delivered quickly however, they forgot the SIM card which they then refused to help with and told me it was now to do with the network provider not them! Which meant I had to go into store and then wait 24 hours for the new sim to activated! Should have just bought straight from Vodafone

I searched for the best iPhone 6s mobile pay monthly deal. Your company came up with a deal of £100.00 contribution and then £26.00 per month. However when I contacted you the next day you you told me the best you could offer was £125.00 and £28.00 per month despite accepting this deal I was very unhappy that you were advertising a better deal the previous day. I had even completed your application form the previous day but did not give my bank details. Because of this you had sent me an automated email offering the same £26.00 per month deal !! Despite me informing you of this you still did not honour the deal I had rang you about. Very disappointing to say the least.

I tried to buy two Iphones, one for me and one for my wife, on the same Vodafone deal. However, I was only "allowed" to buy one, with the other cancelled due to "internal security checks". When I spoke to Mobiles.co.uk customer services I was told "this always happens when someone tries to buy more than one phone - we don't know why". Well, you should know why and you should get it fixed.

I failed an internal security check when I first applied for a phone. The call handler was unable to tell me as to why as they have no information which I find unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me the same and I would be unable to apply for a phone again for 6 months. The only advice that was given was to ask someone else to apply for a phone for me?

Hi Dear Mobiles.co.uk Im a new customer, I bought a Microsoft Lumia 950XL from you around 1-2 weeks ago. Can I have a chance for a money back, how much was the phone cost??? Few days ago the phone started to be a useless. Missing screen, and the pixels mixing on the screen how I never seen before. Even if I starting to do something. Its so usual already, and Its to expensive contract for me, to buy some kind of strange mobile like this. I think later this is be able to do more worst things. The Vodafone signal is amazing, I love it, and I would like to keep the contract, but I dont wanna pay for this Lumia. The second thing when I using the Highest Windows phone around 1hour… the SCREEN is so many HOT. Anyway the battery life on WIFI connection critical low, my brand new Mobile must connect on charger all the time. I feel so sad, I thought the Microsoft do something amazing, they are growing up, but should fix this strange issues. Im ready to packing back the 950 XL to the original box, and send you back, but I dont wanna pay for this phone. Im sorry about that, and I hope you going to understand my reasons. The actual process of ordering from the website was very good. However, the courier service they use is poor. They went to the wrong house and would not re-deliver for another five days. At the point of writing this I am yet to receive the phone despite having been charged.

Received the new iPhone 6s and had constant problems with the item, and had the Usb cable missing, now having to return it for a another iPhone model. Really not happy with the product received. Service could do with more improvement as I already knew what I wanted the sales advisors wasn't great help in telling me more information on the product it tariff.

I ordered a sony xperia z5 compact from www.mobiles.co.uk on Saturday and it arrived on Monday afternoon as forecast. On opening the bag from courier I saw a plain white cardboard box which I was surprised about. I opened the box and saw a xperia a5 compact being held in place on piece of white cardboard by some clingfilm type material. This was not what I was expecting and I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Underneath the card that the phone was on, there was a charger, charging cable and set of white sony earbud headphones. As I had received the phone later in the evening I did not have a chance to call mobiles.co.uk that night, well I did try but didn't get through even though I was holding for 40minutes. The phone came with no instruction booklets, or screen covers on front or back and wasn't in a sony branded box so I was a bit suspicious that it was indeed a 'new' phone I had been supplied with. I powered phone up and it seemed to be working fine but I did not insert and activate the sim card as I think this means that the contract is then live. I called mobiles.co.uk the following morning and told them about the situation and they ensured me that the mobile was indeed new but if I wanted a replacement I could order one. I have now decided to order replacement. This process involves me giving old phone to courier, which has now taken place, waiting for phone to be received at mobiles.co.uk and then them sending out a replacement phone to me. So, I received the initial phone on Monday, sent it back on Wednesday and due to Easter Bank Holidays I won't receive the replacement until Monday of next week. I will wait to see how this plays out next week and what condition the phone/box will be in. On the plus side, the personnel I spoke to on phone, when I got through, were helpful and pleasant......

I did get a good deal however. After being promised a working phone on friday and heing assured that weekend delivery was set if it was not here by friday, i was let down and had to travel 40 miles to pick up my phone. Only to then tealise that the sim card wasn't working and no account was existant for my phone. Its tuesday and i am still waiting for a sim card so my phone will work. I made it clear how urgent it was that i had a working phone for this weekend. I wish that companies would be honest rather then give empty promises for a sale. Its a shame. Pnce my phone is up and running.... im sure i will be happy

Phone arrived quickly which is great but a week in and they still haven't activated my SIM card!! Called EE twice and they have escalated it to Mobiles.co.uk aka Carphone Warehouse who still haven't sent the required info through to EE! Paying for a contract phone I can't actually use!!

Happy with the initial application and quick despatch. However, I soon realised you often give away/award cashback and gifts etc. I obviously missed out on this and I feel I've been cheated, somewhat and treated unfairly. Quite disappointed to be honest, considering the choice of companies i could have chosen. I feel a little undervalued.
