Good sales guy, but unfortunately not enough coverage in my part of the world (south shropshire) so had to return product. Filled out return form. To date no contact from Mobiles.co.uk. That was4 days ago. Contact promised within 48 hours. Perhaps you meant wiythin 2 working days.

I spent at least an hour yesterday getting my phone sorted then when I went to use it today, it wanted my Security Code - which needless to say I have not got. How many more hoops do you want me to jump through? John.

I received a call reminding me that my contract was ending. The man whom I spoke to was helpful and polite enough at the time. The phone I received was faulty in as much it would not register how charged the battery was unless you turned it off and on again. It also went to blue screen on a couple of occasions (it was a refurbished phone). Some information that I had been given concerning moving all my info. from my old phone turned out to be erroneous. I returned the phone by Special Delivery as instructed. It cost me over £7. I have not been reimbursed, although my return was processed quickly.

I have not been able to use the phone yet as I requested that I keep my previous number and this has not yet been transferred. Even though the top left hand corner of phone shows 02-UK 4G I cannot use it.

Bought the phone it arrived in quick time all good until I tried to turn it on! Phone was faulty and had to return to Apple which means I was without a phone for 4 days!

bought two PAYG Samsung E1200's and the sim cards they sent were so old and out of date that Virgin had disconnected them - not good. They did refund my top up but I now have to go to the local Carphone Warehouse to get new sims and redo the top

I was disappointed that the phone came with no instructional information whatsoever. Not even a leaflet indicating how to use it.

Initial ordering was faultless however customer service after order was appalling , delivery orders not followed , constant phonecalls at premium rate to be told they can't reply as only inbound calls/emails rearranged delivery for again not to turn up and then after 2 days of premium phonecalls being told there is a local number! Not impressed and extremely out of pocket.

The individual i spoke with was fine, but I think it is terrible the cost of calling is so much. On top of that, when I called, I had to engage in a sales pitch and answer a lot of questions that were un-necessary making the whole process irritating. I therefore wouldn't recommend the service, unless these this inconvenience was removed. Thanks, Lucy

I was a little disappointed that advised that I have 14 days to look through the new phone without inserting a SIM card - only to receive the phone and can't do anything without inserting one!!! Also advised that delivery would be after a certain time and that also was misleading arriving 3hours before the suggested time!! I haven't done anything with the phone yet as no information in box as to converting contacts etc from old to new! Currently very disappointed with service and misleading information provided.

Fast delivery good deal however disappointed and feel misled about free now TV deal was under the impression by mobiles.co.uk website that I would get the deal but upon contacting vodafone was told I'm not on the right contract , so may now cancel and go to Vodafone direct.

Whilst Mobiles.co.uk gave me the best iPhone deal around! (Even my provider of 10 years could not give me a good deal or match theirs! -super impressed), I was very disappointed with the courier service that took two days and then couldn't find my building, resulting with me at a DPD depot on Saturday morning.

They had the best deal on the market but couldn't seem to cope with the fact that I ordered 2 phones at the same time. I had emails saying my order had been processed and my order was complete then at 8.15 at night I got another email to say they hadn't been able to process my order today but don't contact us about it! How rude! I ended up receiveing one phone one day and another phone the next day which means that I had to wait in 2 separate days for delivery of the items and my contracts and bills are now on different days which was why I ordered 2 together in the first place.

I wish to make a complaint. My new phone was delivered as scheduled, for which many thanks. However, when I attempted to swap the O2 SIM card provided, by following the online process, it failed to complete properly. O2 then stated that they had no record of this SIM reference and could not process it. They are now having to issue me with a new one, which will take up to 3 days. What is the point of your sending me a card that I cannot use? D Schatz

Usually its instant however in some cases the network do take up to 72 hours. I’ve tried to call you to discuss this further however I was unable to reach you. Phone arrived promptly but with no clear instructions about getting my old number onto the new phone and no paper copy of the contract. I've emailed customer service twice asking for the end date of my contract but have received no reply! Mobiles.co.uk is very much just a phone and not much else.

I bought a phone as a Christmas present, and when I initially went on the site it showed a code to enter for a discount at checkout. There was nowhere to enter the code so I had to pay full price!!

I ordered 2 phones from you. Only one arrived. Then I got a email telling me that the other one had been canceled as requested. I never canceled it. And still the money came out my back for both phones. I tried to reorder the second phone again and was sent a email telling me it had been declined. I was very disappointed about this as the phones were for my kids Xmas
