I was mis-sold an iPhone. I contacted them in relation to an upgrade, and was lied to about ending contract with previous network

The phone I received was not look like brand new, as my box was ripped and opened. I did not receive my head set, usb connector and Nokia original manual in the box. They informed that the accessories were not available at the time of dispatch but will send it as soon as they are available. When you buy a brand new phone, you get everything in the box. The only person who can open a new phone is its owner, otherwise it is a crime.

Phone is lovely good condition came on time, very fast delivery. However the sim card that came with the phone doesn't work and I have had to order another sim card from 02 which means that I can't use the phone which is very disappointing. I expected to be able to put the sim in and use my phone without any problems, but I have to wait now until Wednesday which will be a full week since receiving the phone.

The SIM card I received with the phone does not work. I have had to contact Vodafone my-self to resolve this matter.

Sadly, what should have been put through as an upgrade, we put through as a new contract. So despite good service, and speedy delivery, this deal has cost me alot of time and money to rectify.

if you refuse to allow a person to have a contract do not say to them we cannot give you the information as to why you cannot have a contract you must be willing to give them the information which says that they cannot have a contract and you must be willing to provide that information in writing no information then you must be willing to allow them a contract phone not s i m card

I order a contract, the phone arrived swiftly however was locked to Vodaphone and my contract is O2. I then called up to get a replacement, the lady seemed very helpful and organised a pick up. But she hung up before getting the address to pick up from or providing me with the address to send to meaning I needed to call up again. I have now been paying for a more expensive contract without a new phone and wasted a whole evening on the phone to O2 as I believed it was the networks fault the new phone wasn't working.

My phone turned up in good time, however that is the only positive I can think of. It doesn't work. I have tried contacting customer services on several occasions (at 13p per minute) with each call resulting in me waiting in a "queue" for at least 20 minutes before giving up! I am loathe to return the phone, considering I am also expected to pay for recorded delivery to return an item which is faulty! Overall, I am not impressed!!

Delivery was 3 days late. original estimate was for monday, ended up being delivered thursday afternoon, so that was three days late.

Waitied in a whole day for the delivery of the handset which never turned up. Called DPD to ask why with an excuse given that the delivery van broke down. Also further charged £5.36 for the pleasure of the call asking why I wasted a day. Very poor customer service.

No information provided with new contract & phone, had to research new provider online to begin signing up process and a week later SIM still not accepted by network. Poor online support from supplier regarding this contract & phone package. Can honestly say I wish I hadn't bothered.

Assured by Mobiles.co.uk that network coverage from Vodafone best for my new address post code. Consequently, when purchasing my new I-phone6 from Mobiles.co.uk i agreed to discontinue with O2 and sign up with Vodafone. Mobiles.co.uk also informed me that a "sure signal" device was available from Vodafone in the event signal was poor in doors. Vodafone are refusing to supply this device unless I pay for it which contrary to what was verbally agreed by Vodafone at the time I checked coverage with them. I am now considering taking legal advice on the basis that I have been miss sold an item under the consumer sale of goods act

Have used mobiles.co.uk for my last 2 upgrades at least. Always been so easy. Yet this time, after changing the colour of my selected iPhone 6s, the website changed my purchase to a new contract. I was unaware until I realised the phone had a new number after inserting the sim, by which time they will not accept the device back. Vodafone would of matched the price I thought I'd ordered... But seen as mobiles wouldn't let me return the device, I've had to pay more to alter it to a my upgrade. Therefore, I feel I have been mis sold, at the websites error, not mine, and they're weren't prepared to honour it. I won't be using them next time. Have now received my upgrade sim... But have checked the online store and u can still select phone colour and it changes to £39 from £44...

I purchased an Iphone 5s through Mobile.co.uk for my sons birthday. It came faulty with no sound. It has had to be returned and we are now waiting for a replacement. I was left with a very disappointed 12 year old with no phone.

I was impressed overall until I got my mobile bill. When I ordered my phone I got a message asking me to call and clarify a couple of points which I did. It took 3 calls but eventually got to speak to someone and sort out my order. What I didn't know (and no-one bothered to tell me) was that the calls to customer service cost me £26..what a con !

it has taken the customer service 3 working days to realize that they have given me the wrong sim and its not working until a further notice. totally disappointing even though the deal that i got through them is amazing.

Great deal, super quick delivery but phone was not compatible with latest itunes on a mac and had to reset icloud etc after calling Apple, who said the iphone6s had problems with this matter. Fine but to be sold one without being informed is surely not right.

The phone appears to be good value for money but you charged me an extra £10 airtime credit which I have not received. I have tried phoning but I get passed from one company to another. Please will you put the £10 back on my credit card. I am still learning how to set it up and will probably need to buy a stylus to operate it.
