The phone i ordered was shipped very fast, but I have been waiting since monday night to get service, its now been over 72 hours. I have contacted vodafone and was told the number hasnt been registered correctly so have to wait

Received the phone and now after almost a week it's still not working. Having to take it to the EE shop as I think the SIM card is faulty. Could do without this hassle!!!!

Poor level of information on the website. Difficult to contact customer services. Received 1st bill prior to receiving the handset and the bill was too high.

No details on how to obtain the cash back and Mobile UK seem uncontactable. O2 who I have my phone line with are also not supportive of Mobile UK

I requested a different delivery address which was not actioned so had to change delivery day in order to take time off work for the delivery. The phone was not delivered despite several calls to the courier. They wanted to attempt redelivery on Monday which would mean taking more time off work, I could change the delivery address but that meant I would not get the phone until a week after I should have received it. They finally agreed to deliver it on Sunday (today) I have had my text, I am delivery no. 78 so I am not hopeful that I will receive it as I was no 52 on Fri when he ran out of time! If it is not delivered I will cancel the order as I cannot be doing with the aggravation

gentleman on the phone was very nice, however, when you've ordered a phone for your daughters birthday, and you go to get it set up and cant, because you haven't been sent a sim card with it, its very dissapointing as that's what you've paid for, and it cant have been that hard to put it in the bag along with the phone!!

Product supplied didn't work with sim card sent. Agreed to replace product but, having been collected 24 hours ago I still have no notification of when my replacement will arrive. Disappointing service so far.

Phone sent was locked to another carrier, so has got to be returned for a swap. A simple quality gate to check this would have saved the inconvienence.

Had phone for a few days now and first impressions are great but the delivery service from DPD was awful. Let them know I was not going to be in and got confirmation that they would leave the parcel at number 6. They still tried to deliver to me, found I wasn't in (as they knew), sent me a message to say that the parcel had been left at number 1 but actually left it at number 2. Luckily I know the neighbours well and got the parcel OK. 'Local' depot for DPD to collect is 35 miles away. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY COMPANY MOBILES.CO.UK

due to my phone not working as it should when it came, I had to go to customer service at Vodafone for help to get it working .as this phone would not receive landline call and I had to get a new sim from Vodafone because when I called your customer services they were very unhelpfull which left me very angry and up set and so had to go to the Vodafone shop for this new sim which I had to take time off from work to make this happen

Your prompt service was let down by the courier delivering to an incorrect address. I asked for delivery to18A but item was delivered to 33. This was to a recently widowed lady whom we were trying to protect from any unnecessary visits. Very disappointing result which reflects poorly on your firm.

I bought a £31 a month contract and am being charged £33 a month! The phone itself and delivery time were great though.

I would've given a 5* review but I had a bad experience. Upon checkout of my basket I had another checkout window open with a similar deal except the one I wanted had a £55 upfront cost and the other had £100. During the entire checkout process it only stated that I was paying for the one phone. Then afterwards I got an email saying I'd paid for two and that I was charged £155. I called the company straight away and a woman said she'd sort the situation out for me. My phone was then delivered, which was very quick, and the next day I got a text saying another phone would be delivered to me tomorrow. So they hadn't bothered to cancel my order! I called them up again and they apologised and told me I would receive my own money in 7 working days. Horrendous. The good thing about mobiles.co.uk is their cheap deals and the quick and efficient delivery system. Other than that their customer service is awful. I spoke to three people; one didn't bother to fix my order, one was very rude and the other was patronising as hell. I live on a very tight budget and the £100 that went missing from my account made travelling to work an issue. Not impressed.

Due to a mix up between Mobiles.co.uk and EE, I was presented with an initial bill of over £90 compared to the expected £18.50. I'd been put on the wrong tariff and charged a £50 deposit covering the ability to make international calls, something which according to EE I should have been made aware of when placing the order with Mobiles. I wasted an entire morning ringing both Mobiles and EE to sort this out. All in all I would say that I wont be using mobiles.co.uk again.

Was easy enough to buy the phone, but after being declined the credit check for no reason it made the experience of the transaction very unpleasant, was always given a different excuse from customer service but finally got it sorted after around 2 months. I know it may not be mobiles fault but still very unpleasant
