Was easy enough to buy the phone, but after being declined the credit check for no reason it made the experience of the transaction very unpleasant, was always given a different excuse from customer service but finally got it sorted after around 2 months. I know it may not be mobiles fault but still very unpleasant

I ordered a sliver iPhone 6 on EE and the phone arrived quickly on a deal I liked. The phone arrived quickly but the SIM card did not work as it was registered incorrectly by mobiles.co.uk. Phoned them for a new SIM card I was advised they had to do the whole order again due to the error. This was then declined as this was the 4th request to EE( I had just changed my phone and daughters and was getting the silver iPhone 6 for my wife as changing from O2 to EE) I was then told to remove the SIM card and return the phone to mobiles.co.uk. Phone was collected next day. I was given no option on how to keep the phone and resolve the problem. I have now got the silver iphone6 from another supplier.

I understand the disappointment this would cause. As your review mentions that the second application was declined, we would be unable to connect you as the iPhone would now be locked to that specific network. This were complications having the phone delivered then once I did get the phone I discovered that somehow it had been registered in my sons name, which then created problems when I tried to give the PAC code to retain my number. Also, although I gave specific instructions for the account to take the direct debit from, EE have taken it from my sons account (when I never gave any details at all) After several telephone calls and a visit to my local Carphone Warehouse a sales assistant did successfully issue my PAC code so I could retain my number so a big thank you to him

Bought this contract online - First contract ever after years of pay as you go and wished I hadn't done it! All I do is text with the occasional local phone call - I topped up £10 per month. I am disabled and use my phone instead of a 'lifeline' - emergency call switch. I thought I was getting a like for like but wouldn't have to worry about topping up. I took out this phone contract about 6 weeks ago. My first bill was £23.50 argghhh! I looked into it more and realised I had taken out a 'redemption' contract where I have to email bills every so many months to get the extra £10 a month back! Why? Who thought up that rubbish? Just received another bill £36.69.. because I send texts with smiley faces!! For goodness sake! Completely unhappy, misleading sales, my own fault.... should have read the small print! But if a company is decent the small print would be in a large font! :-( Whoops that's another 40p

Sent me the wrong colour of the phone i ordered. Then had to wait for the wrong order to be collected and then get the new one reissued meaning it would be 5 days later by the time the phone is due - with weekend and bank holiday

I purchased the Galaxy S6 and it had a screen defect which I noticed straight away. So I ordered a replacement and it had the exact same problem, so I got my 3rd unit yesterday and it also had the same exact problem. There is a pink tint which covers the left side of the screen and is easy noticeable on a white background. I'd of thought you guys would of seen my ffeedback and checked if the new unit was fine, but i'm pretty sure you just send another one hoping it's okay without reading the users problems.

After the order I placed hadn't arrived after four days i phoned up only to be told my order had been lost and had to be processed again. I was also promised a free gift for my trouble' That too didn't arrive resulting in me once again having to chase the order up. Over all not very impressed.

My online order did not go through and I received an email saying that the credit card payment may have been withheld so was asked to contact a salesperson on an expensive number! It seemed this was a ploy to give my the big sales talk about the mobile insurance though I outright pointed out that I have mobile insurance through my premium bank account. I was forced to hear the whole insurance talk before I was told everything was fine and payment and DD has been set up. Poor sale tactics.

When ordering my 2 phones it said in stock, only to find out a day later erm! only one is in stock so ok i figured it will be in stock within a couple of days and i can wait. But no try 4 weeks before its in stock and yet on there web site it says in stock! and everyday it still said in stock, so if you want to be messed about and lied to with there false advertising which i thought was against the law, then this is a company to go with Not! yes there deals look good but don't say i didn't warn you.

The 'as new' unused iPhone 6 I purchased was sent in a box belonging to another phone, bit suspicious that the phone was not as described 'a return that had never been used', how did it then end up in another phones box. This will reduce the value of the phone at contract end.

Really disappointed after a superb start with these guys.... We found a cracking mobile deal with these guys and i was so pleased initially.... Then month 2s bill came in after we were put on stop as "we'd exceeded our credit limit" having not used the phone we couldnt believe it... Upon checking wed spent £128 on data useage.... Aparently (even thou we only use it via the wifi at home... The phone in one month had used this huge amount.... Not such a cracking buy... Still in dispute as we cant afford to pay....

No FM Radio! This is a major, major issue! I live in an area with poor 3G service, so if I'm out and about - in the garden, walking, jogging and so on - and I want to access my radio, the mobile data service is hopeless. I feel like Samsung is regressing: my new S4 is worse than my old S2, which has a broken screen after just 2 years, and now I'm going to have to dig out my Sony Walkman c. 1005 if I want to listen to the radio on the move!

Hi Antony really sorry to hear that your new phone doesn't have an FM radio. There are some really great radio apps available via the Google play which should be pre-installed on your phone. Personally I use tunein which has a great range of stations available including some of the digital stations like 6 music. Unfortunately had to rate as poor after previously leaving a review elsewhere for an excellent experience. The phone arrived in very quick time and speaking over the phone to sales team they were very helpful so 10/10 to them. Unfortunately I have realised that the amount of mobile data on my new tariff is not enough and have found a better deal with a lot more data elsewhere. However, even though I'm with the 14 days change of mind time frame. Mobiles.co.uk are refusing to cancel my contract because I've used the phone which signifies I've accepted contract (the 14 day regulation for consumers kicks in AFTER contract accepted so this should have no bearing). They won't entertain the idea of me staying with them if they can offer me a similar deal to the one I've found elsewhere either so I'm not very happy. I have escalated to a complaint so we will see what happens

I was sent an email from billmonitor.com telling me how much I could save on my monthly contract with Orange by purchasing a new deal from yourselves. On ordering the phone with the new monthly plan I was under the impression that I would just be upgraded frommy existing Orange contract as you asked me for my current phone number. I received the phone after several weeks to find I had been given a new contract with a new phone number. I contacted the network provider, EE, for a PAC code and they told me they cannot issue a PAC code to switch numbers from one contract to another contract with the same network provider. I had weeks of hassle as I was told one thing and then another and finally had to purchase a new sim card from another network provider, activate it with a PAC code from EE, switch to the new provider and then after 24 hours get a PAC code from the new provider to switch back to EE. This has taken me about 1 month to get resolved and because of this I have ended up paying for 2 months extra on my original contract. It should be made clear that I was taking out a NEW contract with a NEW number. The assistant in the EE store says he sees this problem a lot.

You would have got a very good review, but I paid for a Priority delivery, which you confirmed in writing, but omitted to tell DPD about, which caused me a lot of unnecessary hassle. Everything else, from the deal, to the process, was very good.

I was not informed about my phone going to be refurbished and when it arrived did not have original packaging, no headphones, no manual book, just the charger. Also an email confirming my order stated wrong network provider, I have O2 instead of EE after it was swapped over the phone conversation with staff, but email did not reflect this.

I am still waiting for emails giving an order number (important for redeeming cash back) in relation to a mobile which I ordered a week ago and which was delivered on 4 February. I telephoned on Friday to inform mobiles.co.uk that I hadn't received any emails from them in relation to this order (other than one confirming delivery date). The person who spoke to me mentioned that this was a known problem. It needs to be fixed! By contrast, in relation to an order made roughly a week earlier for an upgrade, the system worked perfectly.

My son is very happy with his new phone, however, I have an issue with the billing. The phone was ordered on 31st, to be delivered on 2nd. I have been billed from 31st which therefore includes three days when my son did not even have the phone. The amount is just a couple of quid but the principle is annoying. Spread this across thousands of new customers and a lot of money is being dishonestly taken from customers by this sharp practice.
