Ordered an LG G3 32gb. Best price I could find, but when the phone arrived the box was battered, the instructions were photocopied and there was no warranty card or information, so I'm guessing I was sent a return, quite possibly even a refurb handset but charged the "new" price. They do sell refurb handsets but at a reduced price which I wasn't offered. When I emailed them about it, they made one attempt to contact me by calling my home while I was at work and that was it. No email, no denial, no explanation, nothing. Nice customer service. I don't think I'll be using these guys again.

Generally your operatives are good but let down in the final stages of the process when firstly my bank details needed to be altered and nobody bothered to call or email me to let me know, I had to call you after my phone had not arrived a week later. Secondly the inability to use business bank and card details was very annoying, I now have to use a personal account and transfer money over from my business, pathetic. In short, good product, good sales team but very bad admin.

Hello Trevor, Thank you for your review. Please accept our apologies for not being able to use your business account details on a personal mobile contract. For a security measure the system doesn’t allow a business account to be used at the point of sale. I can advise to contact the network and change the direct debit to your business account. The network will be able to do this which will be more beneficial as you won’t have to transfer funds from one account to the other. The phone I've received seems to be faulty,i.e. battery running low constantly even when handset not being used and also very slow using WiFi . Please can someone contact me from the correct department many thanks miss Corbishley

I am really disappointed as my phone is faulty and has to be sent back - mobiles.co.uk are sending me another one but there will be a 2 day delay when I won't have a phone at all and I need one for work purposes. I wasn't offered any compensation - it was as if this happens all the time!

Service from Mobiles.co.uk is good and when I spoke with an advisor they we very friendly, helpful and quick to answer, but when I took the order out I went via Topcashback and the order has failed to track. I have lodged a ticket but I will have to wait a while for this to clear, really annoying.

Purchased an LG G3 refurbished phone although it was a new phone there was no manual included it did have a charger. Called mob phones. And they wont provide one. it states that although these are refurbished they will include all leads and a manual. I pointed out the company statement to no avail they still won't post one. Great phone crap cust service.

Hmm.. overall the site was ok. Yesterday I apparently received my two black Sony Xperia M2s, and I say apparently as one turned out to be white; however this wasn't a massive problem, as the trail of circumstances that led up to me receiving the order made me beileve that nothing would be delivered at all! The multi award winning site's first stumble occured just a few days after placing my order online, as I was sent an email claming that they had suddenly run out of stock. Frustrated by the fact that I wasn't notified before the purchase was completed, I immediately grabbed the phone, started dialing, and then.... I couldn't finish this sentence, as upon realizing the call line was a scam where I'd been placed on hold for a full 11 miniutes, thus totalling the cost at more than a pound, I decided to hang up I then decided to take a different approach by contacting them via their Facebook page. This was moderately successful as I was given an alternative number to call which was free, and surprise surprise, the company that was soo busy before, had me on hold for little more than 30 seconds this time. One I got through, I was greeted by a very nice down to earth guy, who understood the problem, and gave a solution ( and i'll congratulate you on that score as you have the only customer services where the staff speak English ); we were told that the order would be processed again for the phones in a different colour this time, and that he would call me back the next day to confirm that it worked. Three days later... No call. Disappointed and deceived, I decided to call again, where I was greeted by another very helpful woman this time, who said the exact same thing, and told us that she would call back. Two days... No call. Frustrated, I called again, and little to my surprise I was met be another helpful genuine member of staff who told us the exact same thing, however, not willing to be tricked again, I asked to be kept on the line whilst she processed the order. Finally, it worked, we received an email claming that out order had been processed and was ready for delivering. Much to my dismay, this was followed by another email, claiming that there had been an error, so to correct the error, the system decided to remove one of the phones from the order. Oh no. I decided to call for the last time, clarifying my order completely, and making it clear that if I saw one more slip up, I was cancelling the order, and they would have to explain to my kids why Santa missed them out this year. Finally, my rant worked, as two days later my oddly coloured phones were at the doorstep. Just in time for Christmas! So overall, although the process was very frustrating, I got what I desired in the end; therefor I'm giving two starts, and the moral of the story: rant at the customer services and they might listen!

I have received my new phone but have been sent the wrong SIM card I have contacted but no reply....so can somebody send me a micro sim so I can start using phone....but no doubt nobody will answer me....

I can confirm you have been sent a combination sim card, which is a standard size sim card that also can break into a micro sim card, please push through the middle of the sim card for the sim card to pop out into a micro sim card, if you are having any issues with your sim card, please do not hesitate to contact us or your network provider for further help. Received phone but still not had the iPad mini that was meant to come soon after. The iPad still not come over 3 weeks later and this is because dpd, the parcel company delivering the gift have not got our complete address. They have tried to deliver it to somewhere else. Who is responsible for this I wonder. This gift was supposed to be a christmass present and we still not received it so very disappointed with mobiles.co.uk

Unfortunately, I found the service extremely poor. After placing my order I was given a date when my phone would be delivered. However when I then checked my emails I was informed firstly that my order was out of stock and then in a separate email that you were experiencing delays due to a heavy demand of orders. I then received a third email stating that my order could not be delivered to an alternative address I had given as it was a business address. This was infact incorrect. As requested I contacted the company via telephone and spoke to one of your advisors but I had to basically repeat the whole order process over the phone. The phone has arrived! I am delighted with it. However, sadly no earphones were with it. Why not? You clearly advertise that the only difference between your phones is the packaging. Mmmh....not quite true! If you would like to rectify this and improve your rating/review and make a customer happy it would be appreciate. Regards Gillian

Exceptional deals on great phones. However, the customer service is very poor, hence only 3 stars. To resolve an issue took 30 mins on the phone at 10p per minute. The wait was doubled by a member of staff who disconnected me when he realised he wouldn't be earning any commission from my call. I hope the remainder of my contract will be issue-free, as I dread calling customer services again.

After returning mobile phone by Special Delivery on 19/11/14 I am still awaiting confirmation of cancellation. I have used the Live message service but no response as yet. It appears communication is really good when purchasing but not on cancellation/refunds. Mrs Kendall
