According to the webpage where I reached mobiles.co.uk, which was http://www.cashbackmobilephonedeals.co.uk/choose-offer/search.php?page=0&limit=10&order=EffCost&sbm=&sbm2=&sbr=&snw=&ssi=&sof=&scb=on&sco=&smc=&smn=&stx=&scd= , there was supposed to have been a free Bluetooth handset with my order but this was not delivered. I also found that the ordering website did not in fact ask for a PAC code as had been indicated would happen when starting the ordering process. When phoning to deal with this last issue, I spoke to two people who did nothing with my query except pass me back to someone else to start the conversation again. However, phone looks good and delivery was as expected - the email and text contact to inform me of what was happening has been helpful and accurate.

I order i iPhone 4 Which suppose to to be with Galaxy tablet somehow I have phone but no tab on horizon lol and is not funny anymore cos I'm waiting around 3 weeks for it that's was not good deal I just wanna my tab and if I must pay for both when I can have only one I'm very really not happy plz do something about it or u will loose a customer and I will give u a very bad opinion on any social networks

I received very poor initial service. I originally placed my order via the website, ordering my phone on a Tuesday for delivery the following Friday. This never happened so I rang and spoke to an operator who assured me it would arrive on the Monday - this never happened. Eventually I spoke to a customer service representative named Aaron on the Monday and he sorted it so that I finally received my phone the next day - Tuesday. So, in summary, poor overall service but very good from Aaron. As for the overall price of my deal - very good! But should deliver when they say they will.

The delivery was quick, the phone looks good so far but no been able to use it yet as I was sent an orange SIM card instead of the 02 SIM, this resulted waiting 3 days and still waiting for my new SIM card plus they had to do another credit search just so I could get my original SIM card, which was there fault not mine, so I am a bit annoyed with the service so far, no compensation offered either!!!

Your contact with me and your delivery was very good. However, whatever you did with T-Mobile resulted in me having no data access or phone access until I received my upgrade. This meant I could only make 999 calls and could not use my data plan (either current or upgraded). It also meant no-one could call me. I did not have this problem on the last 4 occasions of upgrading with the same mobile provider. If your Customer Service had not been so good I would have rated you Very Poor. I have been a customer of EE - T-Mobile - One to One since 1999 (over 15 years) This upgrade left me incommunicado for 2 days. This is not good. All said and done, your staff are polite, informative and helpful. Why as a third party you failed to keep connectivity, I don't know. Especially as other third parties have made it seamless. Please improve this essential part and I'd be happy to recommend you as Very Good.

I bought a phone with O2 net work, but when my phone delivered, it cames with a SIM card of Orange net work, I have contacted Mobile.co.uk, they said my O2 SIM card will be with me 3-5 working days, but until now I do not have anything( already 3 working days).

the only problem i have is there is no contact details i have no phone number for the company i got the phone from and i have no phone number for the company who will be taking my monthly payments i find this very strange i cannot get in touch with anyone who is involved with my purchase so if you could solve this problem i would be gratefull as you both have my contact details .

Problems with addresses!!!! If you can't deliver to a 2nd residential address don't ask for a delivery address, change it to optional work address. And to have to phone up a 2nd time as my phone hadn't arrived by the date stated and to be told it hand only just come back into stock was bad enough but to then to be asked that I needed to verify all my details again and have another 1p taken from my account that I'd only gone thought a few day earlier was just really annoying, your profits must be really good if this standard practice! But at least I have my phone my partner is still wating for hers.

Post delayed 3 days then had to get train 20 miles away to depot to collect the phone. Then it contained the wrong sim card and now I have to get one myself.

Very unhappy. I'm not gr8 with new phones & thought Id treat myself. It took me ages to try & understand how to work it ... and then I realised Mobiles.co.uk had sent me the wrong SIM cards (not a nano sim). I spent ages waiting for customer support online, and then was told they can't re-issue SIMs. Because of their error (seriously if you are selling a phone surely you know which SIM cards go in it!!) I'm now having to make a special trip to a town tomorrow (I live in a little village) & have been told that I will be charged for the SIM instore! :-(. Its either that or wait four days for another one which I can't do as I'm mobile-phone less (other one broke) and am a female on a motorbike & I need one for safety reasons.

Order arrived with a standard/micro sim, however phone uses nano sim. Therefore I cannot use phone and guess what cannot contact them to discuss as Live Chat down and no telephone numbers available. Absolute disgraceful customer service.

Ordered Monday 20th , order confirmed. Left it all Tuesday, no update. Contacted via chat and was told order to be sent for delivery Wednesday 22nd. No updates. Contacted them again via chat told Thursday. Didn't arrive till Friday. No contact to explain delay despite being in stock at all local CPW. Transferred my O2 number to new O2 contact despite CPW and mobiles.co.uk saying you can't keep same number on a new contract with same network. You don't port you just transfer. Found this via chat with O2 following search of internet. You can definitely keep your existing number with the same network without doing the update route. I got new iPhone 4s on O2 £13 unlimited texts 100mb which is far better than any upgrade.

Not a great deal of service here. Bought phone on Monday had email to say card not got throught retry. Did this Tuesday nothing happened. Tried several times to chat live kept cutting off. Phoned never answered finally go through sorted out phone delivered next day no did not arrive. Arrived finally on Thursday. Really need to sort out chat live and answer phone emails more quickly...

Phone delivered next day - excellent service but unfortunately the SIM was faulty so the phone couldn't be used. Tried the online chat - was 46th in the queue!! which took well over an hour to get a response. The lady did her best but was unable to help other than to ask me to go to my local o2 shop to get the matter resolved - so I might just as well have bought it there in the first place.

The phone was ordered for my husband in my name and it has caused my current phone to be disabled. I have been unable to make calls for 48 hrs and the problem is still not rectified. This was not an upgrade and there was no mention that my number would be affected from this sale. My number was simply given as it stated it was needed for the credit check. For this reason if has caused me and my husband a lot of inconvenience and cost me money by making calls to aim to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately received no email comms on order progress after placing order other than a email confirming order received. Emailed the mobiles.co.uk team and suddenly started receiving a bulk of email with order status updates and delivery updates. No issues with DPD delivery or O2. Happy with the phone so far!
