Waited over a week for delivery of the phone even though the it ordered on 6th of October and just arrived now. Nightmare to contact you I was 50th in queue on livechat and took forever on premium phone number

Phone colour ordered wasn't available and there was going to be a two week wait. I only found this out when I was told my delivery address wasn't acceptable, so changed it online which ended up being a mixture of my previous and current addresses, then I phoned up and it took half an hour to confirm my new address, this was when i was told that the colour i had ordered wasn't available. Then DPD tried to deliver it to the wrong house about half a mile from where it should have gone. They couldn't find it so they put the sorry we missed you card through a random letter box. I then had to speak to DPD to arrange redelivery... I eventually got my phone but wouldn't recommend mobiles.co.uk

- Order the phone (in stock) the 11/10/14. - Receive this email: "Due to high demand this is out of stock so we are unable to send the order out to you. We are sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience." But the website still say that the phone is "in stock". - The link provided for the cashback (redemption) doesn't work. ("this page can't be displayed") - Will receive the phone the 20/10/14. - I have not even received the phone yet and i'm already worried about their service. The time will tell if they can be trusted.

Not been able to use the phone yet! Waiting for a replacement sim card, because for whatever reason, the sim which came with the phone was not suitable for an "upgrade" deal according to Orange!

Initially I was told I would receive the phone on 9/10/14 but then received an email to tell me high demand meant it wasn't available. This was followed by two emails of the same ilk and a phone call on the Friday asking if the matter was urgent. I was told that I'd receive a further call to update on ”Tuesday or Wednesday" and that I would receive a ”free gift". I did not receive a call but instead an email confirming that delivery would be made on the 16/10/14 and I am so far unaware of this mysterious ”free gift". It was delivered on time but was the black version and not the white that had been ordered, this is not a real problem as I now prefer the colour. Subsequently, I have been sent 6 emails prompting me to complete this review, I would suggest less emails would be appreciated. Finally, I am very happy with the phone, it is just the service I found to be sub-par. From an over abundance of emails and delivering the wrong colour of phone a week late to calling me on a number I couldn't call back, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Why take an order that you were not currently in a position to fulfill? And confirm delivery for the 9/10/14 when this was an impossibility? I feel the service has let down an excellent refurbishment.

I got a call saying I was due an upgrade. I said I was happy with the phone but that a bigger screen would be good and that I felt the tariff was now too high. I was told instantly that I could have a bigger screen with a much reduced tariff rate which I was very happy with. I asked what was the difference then between the phone I had and the new one - apart from the bigger screen - and was told there was none! Strange but true. When the phone arrived it had exactly the same screen size and looked exactly the same as the one I had. I intend to send it back.

I do like Mobiles.co.uk because of their great offers but I am not happy with my latest purchase. I pre-ordered my galaxy note 4 early with O2 unlimited mins and text, 5gb data for £33 per month and paid £129 for the phone, but a week later I found out on the same deal the phone only cost £99. DO NOT pre-order your phone, wait till it actually comes out because you could get a better deal.

I am still waiting for several gifts that were the deciding factor in choosing mobiles.co.uk over other sites. Overall, poor aftercare and interest in the customer after they have completed the sale. Will advise others not to use this company.

When I phone up to an upgrade I ordered an iPhone 5c 16gb in blue but instead they send the 8gb one which I did not order now I got on to the phone to them & told them what happen they are sending the right phone out to me which I won't get it till Friday now

Cash-back is made of doses which you may or may not receive, depending on functionality of the third party. After purchase network provider were invoicing different (higher) price than stated by third party on mobiles.co.uk

Difficult to contact ,poor comms and phone not upgraded as requested ,however the delivery was quick ,had to organise with my mobile company the sorting out of issues .No Further communication required .

Before you read this review, note, the phone did arrive 1 day ahead of plan, and the delivery service provided by DPD was very good. However, The wrong network SIM arrived with my phone. I wasn't able to send an email from my account to raise this issue, the only option was `live chat'. The live chat waiting time was over half an hour, and then I got cut off. I re-submitted my request several times, and on one occasion I was number 42 on the list. When I finalled phoned through, I waited 40 mins before being served. Dissapointed with their customer services response time.

I place order on 010/10/14 and expect it on the 13/10/14 which is good, I have receive a bill from network provider that does not show cash back. Was not able to check with Buy mobile as they are close from Friday until Monday hopeful that all will be made clarified or I have to send phone back. when that is done I can then give Bette rating.

The actual phone order process went well. Sadly on delivery the wrong size SIM card had been sent - the phone needed a nano size card. Contacting customer services was lengthy and difficult - the only way to do so was via an online chat system - that had me waiting for 90 mins before I reached the top of the queue. Once with an advisor, I was told there was nothing mobiles.co.uk could do, as the items had already been dispatched. (A bit obvious, as i was contacting them to say I'd received the wrong item!). The only way to get a nano size card was to go and visit an O2 shop, and get them to sort out mobiles.co.uk's mess. Not what I would call customer care, just palming the problem off for someone else to sort out.
