I cannot open the web link on the Welcome email outlining claiming cash back by redemption. I have replied to the email to explain but this bounces back The web link is rejected as not secure I wonder if someone can get back to me shirley.simpson@nhs.net

Complete lack of communication when a simple email would of cleared up any problems with payment of a penny. Premium rates contact number? No direct email address? Chat on website that doesn't work? If you were me would you be happy with this sort of service? That answer is no.

I wanted 4g so I ordered a phone which I thought was a good package until I tried to connect to 4g which I cannot do as the package I have been sold advertised 02sim with 1gb of data with 4g along with a iPhone 4s. This is the 1st time I have had iPhone as I couldn't get 4g I complained to 02 and they told me that iPhone 4s does not support 4g so basically I've been miss sold a product stay away from this site.....

Issues with stock levels i.e. saying the handset was in stock online but after placing order being told it was not. Handset was also badly packaged which has caused slight damage to the back casing of the phone. The stock issue was resolved quickly but I have not heard anything back about the minor damage.

I purchased a new contract with o2 of a refurbished samsung galaxy s5. The handset works fine, although I have got no service but this is not mobiles.co.uk fault...the reason I have rating this site as poor is because I received the handset with no charger (although on the site states that all refurbished handset will come with charger and headphones and battery) I contacted live chat yesterday and I was told that today I will received a new charger for my phone...I have received a charger as I was promised but unfortunately it is not a charger for my galaxy s5!!!!!! trying to contact mobiles.co.uk via live chat (the only way....) and have not been successful after many many attempts.....so not a happy customer really

Phone delivered in 48 hours. But sim deactivated a day before phone arrived. (updates on delivery were sent via text but had no phone)

I have recently upgraded my contract through mobiles.co.uk. I got 24 contract on o2 4G with free samsung galaxy s3 phone plus cashback. I have recieved my order on time,but i was very surprised as the version of S3 i got does not support 4G internet.I called mobiles.co.uk and i was told that o2 adverticed thta on their website.Have spoken with o2 they reffered me to carphone warehouse:).I went to one of their shops they said-mobiles.co.uk are responsible::)). Anyway i will keep that phone but disapointed really.

Good price, very poor communication, unprofessional. It was unclear that this company is really Carphone Warehouse before I committed to buy - if I had known that I wouldn't have gone any further as I have found their customer service to be horrendous in the past. The Mobiles.co.uk page did not clearly identify my phone as a 'refurbished' product, leading to unfair price comparison with others. Once I had completed the transaction, an email was sent to me which was clearly just a template without the important information in it (like which bills to send to claim the cashback). On accessing their website to find the info for myself & contact them about it, the site was unfinished with dead links. There was no working way to contact them regarding the problems (their 'contact us' button led nowhere) & they didn't even give their email address anywhere on the site. It is an unprofessional looking operation and exactly the level of poor customer service I have been led to expect from Carphone Warehouse. As it turns out the phone I received is in good condition & I will be sticking with it, but will not recommend Mobiles.co.uk to anyone I know.

The phone I ordered was out of stock. Was advised they would notify me when back in. Next thing was one week later it appeared at my door having already purchased elsewhere. Contacted Mobiles UK and they greed to collect two days later by DPD. They never turned up and I never received a pre-email advising of hour slot. To date I can't get hold of them, have e-mailed on their website and no reply and now I have a phone I dont want which I am probably having to PAY to return. Not happy.

Poor service. It's a refurbished phone which came in a damaged cardboard box (not the original phone box) without any instructions. You simply get a badly packaged handset and the SIM card. Free delivery: they promise to give to an hour slot, but note that this comes in an email a few hours before delivery. My slot was 5.15-6.15pm (the phone arrived at 6.15).

Bought a 24 month contract with an LG G3. I was promised a next day delivery after having placed my order at 2pm. Having had to take a day off work the next day, I had noted that my order still wasn't processed so I had to chase them to find out. At this point they proceeded to tell me that my order would not be delivered on that day due to a system error - they did not even have the common courtesy to send me even an email to let me know. I wanted to complain about this matter and was told that a representative would call me back to lodge a complaint. After having waited over 3 hours I had to chase them up again myself. I received my phone the day after but needless to say that I expect much more from a well-established company such as this. And to top it all off still no reply to my complaint. They need to pull something special to keep this customer loyal!
