Seems like DPD are not very keen on deliver things, even when you pay 5 pounds extra for a delivery on a saturday

Until the phone arrived, I was very impressed with the ordering procedure and the great delivery time. Since then, the phone worked only when it was first switched on and hasn't worked since. The documentation says it may take 48 hrs but this is now 4 days later. Tried to use live chat but got fed up after no response for at least 15 mins. Phoned customer service at 10p a minute and was advised the wait time was 4 mins. 10 mins later someone finally answered and took nearly another 10 mins to decide I should take the phone to an O2 shop! Great help at a cost of £2, not. Thanks.

Good price but incorrect delivery address and date. I requested Fri delivery to my office and it was set up for Thu to my home address. Finally I had to wait till Mon. From my previous experience also cashback does not work properly. You have only 60 days from the date of invoice. Why??? Only to find another reason to refuse.

Ordered refurbished phone with vodphone what I got was a new phone with O2 did phone before you sent it, was ensured it was refurbished phone. Any how I decided to keep the O2.

got one mobile contract and was told to call again the follwing day for the second line (wifes) however was declined the credit search on the second handset. i subsequently went to upgrade my exisitng one and contiued with EE. I would however of used two contracts from mobile.co.uk but sadly not to be......

I have given this service a rating of poor as the amount stated on the web site does not correspond to the mount I have to pay which is 20% higher. Customer services admitted this is an error by the company as all on line charges are out of date. i have reported this to trading standards.

So, sorry but your communication is terrible and poor. I waited more than 1 week without information. The end did not happen nothing. You send mail that my application is failed. This is very interesting because 2-3 weeks ago I chooses the same tariff just phone and free tablet was different and this was succesfull. Another interesting think that O2 send me mail that my e-bill is ready. So I think that is communication is very poor.

Hi.I am not happy,becuse i phone lot of times,the company.I am wait for laptop,21 working days.Laptop is no very good,screen it was brok,touch pad is same no good.lot problem.i dont how long is the guarancia for laptop.And may be i need change this laptop.Sorry but mi english is poor. Thanks
