Bought phone wednesday phoned with PAC code Thursday sai i have to wait until monday for number to be transferred. Cant believe it should take that long.

Was sent the wrong SIM card for the phone I had purchased and waited on the phone for 35 minutes to find out that Mobiles.co.uk could not send me a new SIM card even though they had picked the wrong one in the first place. Was told I had to contact EE or go to one of their stores direct to sort it out myself. I think I will use the 14 day cool off period and go elsewhere.

Hello Victoria, Thank you for your review. I’d like to apologise the problems you’ve had with the SIM card. I’ve tried calling you to discuss this issue further but I was unable to get through to you. The SIM’s that we send now are multi SIM’s. These contain the standard SIM, micro SIM and nano SIM all within the one SIM card. The micro can be pushed out from the standard SIM. The nano can then be pushed out from the micro SIM. If this does not work you can call the network that can also send a replacement SIM. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this. Ordered the phone and received no confirmation email. Then when I called they said there was a problem but wouldn't tell me what it was. Asked the same questions and took a delivery address. I asked for it to be sent to a store, still not been told if it's there and had no info from them. Where is my phone, help.

Ordered phoned email sent phone will be delivered following day . NO phone arrived dpd didn't get it at depot until 10.30 previous night should be delivered on Friday had to phone and find out will be delivered on Monday . If that what the service is like before getting the phone I would avoid .

Got the phone but still waiting for the sim card. Cant phone them up because you need to wait 15 minutes for someone to be available. Customer service needs improvement.

Poor communications, confusing if you are trying to get more than one phone. Sending part orders out in dribs and drabs without informing the client that not all the order has been accepted.

The on line information would not accept my e mail address and I had to use an alternative. I selected a day for delivery where someone could be in the house. I then received a text 2 days early which stated it was to be delivered that day. I had to arrange for someone to be in the house. We were given access to a 'live' link to see where the delivery vehicle was but this was never updated so was meaningless.

tried to buy two handsets but internal security "will only let you have one" you can tell my wife she can not have a phone! oh no I will buy elsewhere

Difficult to navigate the site for deals & in my experience mobiles.co.uk provide very little information in term of your contract. It seems the phone is thrown into a Jiffy bag with one sheet of paper & that's that. No protection for the delivery of your handset which was disappointing.

trying to call customer services to be told you'll have to wait 35 mins is not very poor. great to supply that info but bad that effectively the message is saying you'll not be speaking to anyone unless you want to pay the extra money per minute. you need to make it far clearer on your website that if you take one of your deals that uses the same network supplier you'll not be able to port one's number over; i've just found this out (EE in my case). so i'm in the process of buying SIMS and an unlocked PAYG phone. this is not only hassle but extra cost and not budgeted for: this info should be prominently displayed so the potential customer can make a proper, informed decision, and not find out once they've signed up. potentially the monthly tariff i could be on is good, but as i've not yet managed to port my number over i may just send the phone back this week as this is proving such a hassle.

Order of my phone was smooth and delivered without any problems .However trying to contact customer services impossible.Having tried for the last four days to access my account online i was left with no option but to phone.Having twice been on hold for over 9 minutes have given up.I wish to return my phone but need to know how and to where.

Offered items then refused had to despute the phone conversation said they would get back to me that evening which they did not had to phone again on hold again costing me more money in phone calls

I changed my tarriff and was told I would recieve my replacement sim in two days , 5 days later I received nothing , called office and was told nobody here to help with your problem

I bought an o2 upgrade deal through mobiles.co.uk in order to upgrade my pay monthly sim-only o2 deal to a 24 month pay monthly contract with a new phone. Buying the upgrade via mobiles.co.uk went smoothly and the text on the website assured me that everything should go smoothly with the upgrade via o2. Sadly this was not the case and getting my new phone/sim-card activated and transferring my old number to it became a bit of a nightmare involving many phone calls to o2 plus a good few live chats with o2 and being told varying stories that I needed to do a sim-swap but then eventually being told that I needed to cancel my old o2 contract and have my old phone number transferred to the new contract I had taken via mobiles.co.uk. This was not the smooth 'upgrade' that I had hoped for and I'm still not convinced that everything has gone through 100% the way that it should. Time will tell when I receive my first new bill next month and see if I am charged the correct amount or maybe charged for two contracts or something. 4/10 - could do much better.

I needed to upgrade my t-mobile phone quickly as I was going to be out of the UK in two days. Many things went wrong: (1) I received two email messages saying the payment card didn't work and and to contact them asap. When I did, no one knew anything about it and said the purchase had gone through. (2) Received two text messages saying ring them urgently, and when I did they said the workplace delivery address couldn't be used as they "never" deliver to university (or college or educational) offices although nothing was said about this when the order was place. As I couldn't offer a neighbour to be available for the delivery, had to collect it from a shop --- very unhelpful for my situation. (3) They emphasised I would have to collect it with ID, but I couldn't go so sent spouse who was handed the parcel with no ID at all! (4) When the parcel was opened I discovered that I had been sent a phone with a new number and my specific request to keep the original number had been ignored. A lot of time was wasted ringing around to try to get that sorted but of course it couldn't be in so little time as I was en route to the airport. Bottom line: Only order from these people if you are not in a rush! I have had to travel outside the UK with my old and my new phone (presumably I'm being billed for both). The company should have alerted me when I first discussed ordering that it couldn't be assured of getting sorted in the time I had (because of the way T mobile is linked to EE). Lots of time was wasted phoning around and dashing into a shop to collect it when I didn't have the time. Not impressed. And expecting costs to mount up as I pay for a PAC number and pay for two phone numbers at the same time while I am out of the UK. I wouldn't recommend this company to a friend (or enemy)!

I believe when you placed the order, you thought that where is says to enter your existing mobile number if you're an EE customer, that this would be an upgrade. However this is just what the network request when processing a credit check, which is mentioned when placing the order. I apologise for the confusion and inconvenience caused by this. Firstly, I was happy with the speed of delivery – however I was not impressed with WHERE your driver left my phone. I had to go and collect it from another building because he couldn't be bothered to take it to the right address – which completely negates the purpose of delivery.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, I had to make a call to mobiles which has cost me £14 to arrange another delivery. Having resolved this I then had to contact the network directly to arrange for a SIM card to be delivered separately. A week later and still not received the sim so will have to go to a store to get it resolved. Had thought it would be quick and simple way to get my new mobile. On the positive side the girl at the call centre seemed to do her best to assist me.

David, my salesperson, was helpful and enthusiastic but his service was not matched by the company he works for. The choice of mobiles available for same price upgrade was very limited and when they were delivered they came with the wrong SIM cards. This indicates that somebody in Mobiles .Co was not doing their job properly and means that three days after delivery of the new phones we have been unable to use them. We still don't know when the correct SIMs will arrive. Also I wanted to phone David to tell him of his company's failure and was outraged to find that it would cost me 13p per minute to call. I started to make the call despite this but when I was put on hold I rang-off astounded that a company should have such an arrogant and high handed way of dealing with customers.

I have tried to contact you this morning but unfortunately there was an issue connecting the call. Depending on your network provider, you would need to contact their customer service team or store in order to obtain a replacement Sim card. In regards to contacting our aftercare team, they can be reached on a number that is charged at a local rate, however calls to our sales team will be charged at 13p a minute from a landline.
