“Iv just seen this iv not received any iPhone se i didn't get the delivery so the lady who i spoke to on the phone said i couldn't get another dpd delivery date so I'd need to order another phone after 5 days i noticed there's been money took out my account for said phone I'd like a phone call to speak to someone urgently. Thanku”

“am not happy as its not iphone 11 yellow its a 11 pro and all back of it was smashed is this even allowed as i fully understand it was refurbished but surely you can not send 11pro out woth smashed back as you wil see in the picture a have uploaded its never been iphone 11”
