After the first clean were told we couldn't have the same cleaner so Clifford sent an e-mail telling us that we should contact him if we wanted to proceed with another cleaner. I didn't get in contact. Two weeks later the (original) cleaner turned up to clean, unexpectedly. Two weeks after that I had an e-mail saying that the cleaner would be here at 9am. Not long after this my husband received a call telling us that 9am was too late and they would have to re-arrange for the afternoon. This was a different cleaner. My husband said we wanted the same person as she would know what to do - I was working away from home - and was told that 'she had heard he was rude' and that we should find someone else to clean. We work from home so consistency is important to us. Also my husband has terminal cancer and is in a vulnerable state at this time. He didn't want to have to explain everything to someone new.

Not thorough enough. Ironing has all had to be redone. Floor not cleaned for the second time. Skirting boards missed in some rooms again.

One cleaner spent the whole time in the house on the phone. One cleaner was seen in a room NOT being cleaned that day! There were bits left on the living room carpet. There were stains left on the underside of the toilet seat when they left. The living room recycling bin was emptied into the kitchen non-recycling bin - making it overfull so that it had to be washed out after they left. Not enough dusting done in the living room - some areas/items not touched. Promised a 'phone call on Thursday lunchtime about this - still waiting over 24 hours later. £95 for 30 minutes "work" is a joke when the rooms are not even left clean. Need I say more!

Very poor cleaning in kitchen and managed to break glass candle holder- didn't even Hoover up all broken glass!

Not happy with the 4 cleans I received, the first clean was not rectified as was Christmas week and very busy. After attempting the cancel after the 3rd unsatisfactory clean I was ensured that if I remained with molly maid one of the managers would attend the clean, this did not happen. 4 poor cleans and the inconvenience of having to arrange problems to be rectified

The worst cleaners I have ever experienced. We were happy to pay a bit more for an initial thorough clean and we were so disappointed. Whole rooms had been left, there was dust everywhere and when we complained we were assured that everything would be rectified on the next clean. The next clean was even worse - I would not recommend these cleaners as their attitude when we complained was awful.

Despite very specific complaints following our first clean, and assurance that these would be rectified during the second clean, this was not done. A huge cost for unacceptably poor service.

On only our 2nd clean it was not done properly the kitchen was forgotten about & overall it was to a poor standard, so they came out for a 2nd time & still it was not done properly. Customer service appalling when we complained & expensive for poor cleaning. Would never use again or recommend felt very letdown.

I paid for a blitz but the cleaners weren't aware that it was a blitz. I must say that the most disappointing part for me was when one of them used a dirty feather duster to 'clean' my kitchen benches. I had to clean my benches after they left. Not what you expect to have to do after paying what worked out at £28 an hour.

everything.. the quote was ok but the delviery of it and the fact that i was conned into believing that my initial clean was for as long as it would take (Quote!) it wactually wasnt - they didn tdo what was originally agreed and went off leaving my house 3/4 cleaned. they then didnt send me my correct paperwork as I had instructed to pay by direct debit - thwey demanded cash when they arrived. then got cock and bull from the area manage who changed his story to me to fit the cloth and was actually rude about my house. so disappointed - I had high hopes ... clearly not to be used.

I really tell what was done, cobwebs and still on the bathroom floor and kitchen and not moped them at all Spider and cobwebs stiil on the ceiling in most rooms

I was told that the cleaners would do "whatever was needed" there were several areas that were not done the first week. I was disappointed not to hear from the manager after the first call to check that everything was in order. The second week I asked thegirls to please steam clean some of the conservatory. I had enquired about steam cleaning with gayle when she came to give me a quotation, she said that if I got my steam cleaner out then they would do it. I was given an excuse involving the girls not being covered by insurance to clean the rabbit area due to bodily fluids?????? (What about the bathroom, in that case?). All in all I am thoroughly disappointed by what I was hoping to be a professional cleaning company.

Normally I would have voted good but yesterday having waited 2 hours, we had a phone call to say they weren't coming due to illness. Surely it must have been known earlier?
