“I love that I can find a durable cover to reuse the polyester fulling from my 20 year old patio round dog bed. The cover was trash but the inner fill was fine so it did not end up in a landfill. Quick delivery and beautifully made.”

“been using Molly mutt covers for 5+ years. our young GSP did chew the zippers on our earlier covers. the ones we have now are holding up well and are easy on/off and wash well. I bought memory foam mattress material and cut it to size for our huge covers. The stuffing (old blankets/clothes) method was a little too heavy and shipping filler is kinda expensive. I'm in Hawaii.”

“Omg!!! I can't wait to buy more. Purchased the largest size of the dog duvet cover to replace what was on my dog's orthopedic dog bed. The molly mutt cover fit even better than the cover that came with the orthopedic dog bed. The material and design is beautiful and seems strong. I highly recommend these if you're in need of some high quality dog bed covers.”

“The bed and bolster I got for my dog Penelope is so perfect for her. She's a 16 year old mini dachshund who needs a high quality supportive bed, and this bed is just that and more. She snoozes on it all day in total comfort. I love the waterproof lining and the duvet is so soft. The icing on the cake is the chemical free material and 100% wool stuffing. Just so happy for my dog. Going to order another one.”

“I recently received the forever young pet blanket and love it. The sage green color and pattern is perfect as well as the size for our sofa. My only issue with the company is the item selection of "pet blanket" on the web site is very confusing. The pet blanket products are listed as different items due to color.... The blanket is exactly the same except for the color. There are at least a half dozen colors listed as different pet blankets with different names ( forever young, dreams, aurura borealis, clark gable, romeo and juliet, time after time, etc.) It would be far simpler to simply list the Pet blanket as one item and then list all of the colors /photos it comes in!”

“Purchased the crate pad covers and duvet covers. Well made, heavy/sturdy material. Love them, just ordered covers for the rest of our beds that had worn corners or that the dogs had chewed holes in.”

“Omg, these folks went above and beyond to create custom, wool filled replacement inserts and covers for my cats’ tents. They were super accommodating as I wanted to use my own organic fleece cotton for the outer cover. They created one “test” insert, so that I could make sure about fit, and whether kitties would like the cozier and fluffier insert. (Kitties are so finicky!) And they even took the initiative to phone both me and the fabric company to inquire as to possible shrinkage and pre-washing! Wow! Well, the “test” insert was a hit! The only adjustment was to reduce the fill just a bit. Kitties are now taking turns enjoying the “test” insert while the remaining ones are being sewn. Happy cats and cat parents! One last mention: I so appreciate the responsiveness and patience from Molly Mutt while we figured out the best size, fill, etc. And it was great to get regular updates via email as to the status of my order. What more could you ask for? Heartfelt thanks! Emily and kitties, Lucy, Desi, Reggie, Jersey and Middy”

“My dog's new bed arrived and it had such a strong chemical smell that I had to put it down in the basement. It has been there for more than 4 full days and still it smells. I called customer service multiple times, and the phone either sends you to voicemail after telling you their business hours (I called during their business hours every time), or the one time someone answered he told me he meant to pick up another line and they would call me back, or to call back. Of course no one called me back, and their phones still go straight to voicemail. I don't recommend Molly Mutt if you want a natural product or customer service.”

hi there, sorry we weren't able to answer the phone when you called! we're a very small team and one of our co-founders is taking a much-needed vacation. so, we're all having to pitch in to pack orders in the warehouse and customer service phone calls and emails are being returned in the evenings. as for the smell, that is the all natural lanolin from the wool inside the crate pad insert. it is 100% all natural and contains no harmful chemicals: - no flame retardants - no pesticides - no phthalates - no PBDEs to help with the lanolin smell, please try leaving the insert in direct sunlight during the warmest hours of the day. the warmth from the sunlight helps to "refresh" the wool. we also have an all natural deodorizer that eliminates odor: https://www.mollymutt.com/fresh-pet-odor-eliminator/ my apologies again for the delayed response. we're working as quickly as we can!

“I love the product very much. I decided on the wrong size dog bed based on recommendations via weight class (I measured too, but it just ended up being on the small size). Returns done on my own dime, but very simple. They did not have the pattern I wanted in the bigger size, hoping they do in the future. The pattern I settled for ended up being quite nice. My Ruthie loves the product too.”
