Couple of orders in a row went to “processing” and were late, I had to chase them. When I queried the second issue, I tried to understand the error and said I was disappointed with the service and the customer service person “hung up” on me In chat. Very unprofessional. The products are good, but the service is unreliable. One of my orders was for an important birthday, and I felt let down.

Just have received my birthday flower from my besti but I feel so embarrassed to send her a picture and told her lie how beautiful are the flower. Never recommend this service

I ordered 3 cards to be delivered to my address so that when needed I could post them out in time needed as a couple of times in the past I ordered 2 put dates down when needed and they never got there, But on receiving these 3 cards there are no plain envelopes inside. I know we are having a hard time with Covid19 but now I will have to go out and find the right size envelopes

Ordered a card for a 21st birthday. Queried with customer service after 2 days in which they told me the order had been 'stuck in printing' and they only found this out because I asked them to check! I will never order from this company again and I urge anyone looking for a quick and reliable service to also look elsewhere.

Birthday flowers and card ordered did not turn up, even with 2 weeks notice of the date, online chat service was most unhelpful, and staff seemed totally uninterested or willing to assist - they may still turn up is all they said!

Not impressed, what sort of company sends out flowers without the accompanying card? I opened a box of flowers from moonpig the other day with a message inside apologising as they were sending the card to go with the order separately. It now seems that the card has gone missing. I do not know who the flowers are from and have contacted moonpig who were no help whatsoever. Why send the card separately in the first place?

Absolute shambles of a company, ordered card and gift with 3 weeks notice before delivery date. didn't deliver, no communication or anything from them about it. got in touch with them and no effort at all the resolve the issue absolutely shocking company to deal with. Save yourself the disappointment and use one of the other companies offering the same.

What can I say, worst way to wish someone a happy birthday. Placed an order for a personalised card and a balloon, as soon as the order was placed the picture format completely changed and zoomed in to cut the person's face. Orders cannot be edited on the app and the website is blocked on my laptop for security reasons so contacted the support team on twitter, provided them with the details they requested and they never bothered to respond after that. Card arrived at almost 5 pm on the birthday day (ordered on Friday for Tuesday) along with a very deflated balloon. All this cost £21. What a waste of time and money, couldn't have made the person feel less special to receive a card at the end of the day and a deflated balloon. Learnt my lesson and will stick to normal cards moving forward

the simple fact that i can input my own words, poems and comments onto my cards is absolutely fantastic. The preview before confirm, ensures i don not mess up too much. Posted straight to person, and even a reminder when birthdays etc are due. This has saved my bacon, quite a few times.

I ordered a large custom birthday card with a picture an paragraph in it and i absolutely love it! The card arrived on time an it looked exactly the same as the preview i loved this i will definitely recommend it to people and use it again.

Received birthday flowers and after 2 days some flowers were badly wilting and nearly dead. More greenery than flowers in bouquet, and even this was shrivelling on 3rd day. Poor quality lilies - only 2 buds on one stem, and 3 buds on another. Wouldn't recommend to use Moonpig for flowers. Very disappointing.

I received flowers that looked like the ones Tesco are throwing out on a Sunday afternoon, dying after 1 day, broken/snapped flowers and more greenery than actual flowers, hate to think how much my friend spent!!!

My daughter sent me some flowers yesterday. Disappointed with them. Lilies are tight closed 2of the sprays of pink flowers were broken and the greenery was dying. Will tell my daughter not to bother again

I ordered flowers and a card for my niece for her 13th birthday. A week before her birthday my sister decided to take her daughter away so I rang Moonpig to ask if I could change the delivery address. I was refused, despite adequate notice. Flowers will be arriving and left on the doorstep for a week. Furious! What a waste of money! How hard is it to change delivery address?!

My friend had bought me Flowers For my birthday, the flowers When delivered were chucked over my side gate!!!! The flowers seemed to be ok thank god, the flowers were lillies in which ONLY 2 opened up and all the others remained closed and dropped off and died.. this is such a disappointment as my friend would have paid a lot for these flowers. I will not be recommending moon pig, I would just stick to selling cards.

Flowers dumped outside my sisters house isnt acceptable. Voucher codes dont work even though you apply them within minutes of receiving them. Dont waste your time

I ordered a card for my daughters 50th birthday on 29th July. I got notification to say it was posted first class on 28th. It has just arrived 1st August. No good to me now. Straight in the bin. Will never use moonpig again

I ordered flowers and a card for my wife to be delivered on our a Wedding anniversary. As nothing had arrived by 2.40 I contacted moonpig on their chat line. I was given a tracking number that revealed the items had been dispatched but no ETA. I asked to speak to a manager but was told the phones were not working The card and flowers arrived just before 6.30pm.as we were about to go out for a meal. I emailed their uk MD Nickyl Raithatha but after 3 days have had no reply. Even if this chap is away its customary for an officer of a company's emails to be monitored. I consider this ti be bad manners and poor customer service

I have used Moonpig many times, especially over the last 4 months and have been delighted with their service. I placed an order on the 1st June for a large birthday card and a bottle of champagne to be sent to my goddaughter on her 40th birthday. The card arrived on time but no bottle of champagne materialised. I have written to the company 6 times requesting an explanation but to date, no one has replied to one of my emails. Very, very disappointed.
