Absolutely shocking quality from Moonpig and shocked to see such flowers provided as a Birthday Gift that resembles flowers from a grave side a week after being laid!!

Never order from Moonpig!!! They don’t deliver the cards when they are supposed to or at all sometimes. Contacting customer service is just a joke as they take two weeks just to write you back and even then don’t care about fixing the problem. I gave them another chance and the exact same thing happened. Never again! They have lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends who use them to never use them again either!

Just had flowers delivered from my son Mr Tristan Southway for my birthday. I have to say I am in tears...The amount of money you have charged they are absolutely disgusting and only fit for the bin. More foliage than flowers and one spray of lilies all the heads are off.!!He will be in touch with you when he comes home off his holidays I wouldn't give you any stars. Shocking service...emailed 8 times no response called 6 times no reply then got cut off. They must have read I was making a complaint. Never to be used again.

I don’t really want to give Moonpig any stars as they don’t deserve any!! I ordered a pamper box for my pregnant friend for her birthday as a nice surprise and thought if it fitted through the letterbox it would be there waiting for her. I was notified the gift was sent however my friend was rather surprised to receive a spiced rum box!!! I rang up Moonpig to ask how they would resolve this issue and I wasn’t even apologised to. The supposed customer service person was very rude and basically accused me of lying and wanted evidence of the incorrect parcel being delivered. I did do as my friend had kindly sent me pictures. The customer service advisor told me they could only resend the parcel, not send anything extra to my friend to make up for the mix up and told me they had to send the other box back before they would give me a refund!! They went to resend the original box and it was out of stock and unable to send an replacement. So my friend is without a present (she can use) and she can’t be sent the original order or a replacement. Absolutely horrendous company and complete lack of customer service!! I will never use again. The situation could have been rectified with an apology and for them to send my friend the original gift or replacement. Would that have been so hard???

Paid £4 for a card and seven days later, it still hasn’t arrived. Their birthday has been and gone. Definitely not using these guys again!!

I use to use moo pig all the time. I won’t use it again, I wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered a mug in memory of my stillborn daughter I have just had. It arrived and not only was the mug broken so was my heart. As her picture was smashed to pieces. I complained twice heard back two weeks ago. They said will take 1-3 days to resend another, it still hasn’t arrived. I’m disgusted with this company right now through such a hard time too. Next time I will be ordering of funky pigeon and hope they don’t smash my daughters mug.

Would not recommend to anyone card and flowers didn't arrive ordered 13/8 now the 17th no response from email as they are busy dx say the parcel is out for 1st delivery so not even left yet, how fresh will these flowers be absolutely useless customer service small claims on the horizon

I would never use this company again! I had a problem with the order realised straight away, tried phoning to find out I couldn’t speak to anyone at this particular time. Tried to cancel the order I couldn’t, emailed 5 times with no response. Horrendous customer services if any!!!! Scam of a company get your money and that’s all they want! NEVER AGAIN.

This companys customer services are a disgrace! I wanted to add to an order i made 2 days ago and have not been able to speak to anybody at this company, ive emailed 3 times to no reply and rang customer services 3 times at different times, i was on hold for abour 10 mins the 1st time, the 2nd time i thought it can't be as busy again so i tried at a different time this time was longer again before i put the phone down, the 3rd time i tried again even earlier only to be on hold for nearly 20 mins before putting the phone down, impossible to speak to a human being at this company! Will not use ever again!

Avoid at all cost. I paid for courier service and for the extra money I got a bashed, dry bunch of flowers which look dead and a card that was open and delivered 4 days early than requested no reply to emails I will not be using these again

Garbage firm, late delivery, no customer support. Item arrived 4 days after it should have then turned out to be not was was ordered. Emails sent to help line no answer. Email sent to managing director, so far no answer or any offer of compensation for a ruined birthday or cheaper substitute supplied. Keep clear find another firm. Just to let you all know Photo box is the parent company of moon pig, looking at these horrendous reviews I feel the CEO of photo box should be informed of the 20% scathing reviews.

Sent a card and a gift through the company. Never received an email saying the items had been dispatched as usual. The recipients have not received the newborn card and baby gift. I have written to the company twice asking to respond and refund the money or send the items immediately. I have received no response and this is 15 days after I paid and ordered the items. I have spoken with the ombudsman regarding how to take matters further if they continue to ignore the complaints. Advice: use funky pigeon, this isn't the first time moonpig have done this to me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt - not again!

Do not order cards for international delivery. Ordered two cards this year to be delivered to Bogota Colombia and neither were delivered

I have written to customer service confirming not received Birthday cards which was required for the weekend that has passed, not received no refund yet...not received the cards created coming to 8 days now. Definitely will not use again or recommend!!

Just received a simply ugliest bunch of flowers ever! Half dried, greens are all squashed, half leaves broken and lifeless. There are three roses inside- all different sizes! Same about herberras, only that bouquet landed on two inside of box- so it looks bent! One who composed it didn’t care about final product at all! Just thrown whatever was in stock by list! Result is truly ugly! Never would buy such a disaster in a shop- wouldn’t even look at it, even on clearance! If you want to send something decent to someone- never moonpig! Previously received card with black lines! Hope my friends will learn finally!

OMG my daughter who lives abroad, sent me your flowers, I got 3 wall flowers, a bunch of green hedge and 3 lilies which every bud but one was snapped, it looks and is appalling. What waste of time and money

Absolute joke. My card has not been delivered. I have sent them 2 emails with no reply. Tried to ring them 3 times and kept on the phone for min 20 mins each time. Very poor service. How hard can it be to print something the customer creates and send it ???????

The online form didn't like the fact that l had correctly placed a space between the area code and my landline phone number. I re-entered the number without the space and confirmed the payment of £30. My confirmation email showed that the flowers ordered for a Saturday delivery for a 70th birthday gift wouldn't arrive until the next business day (Monday) as the firm had cleared my preference when the firm rejected the space entered into the phone number field, re-setting it to the next business day. As the price for the next business day was the same as for a Saturday delivery, l did not notice this error until l had made the payment. How totally ridiculous is this - why change the delivery preference due to a space being added into the telephone number area! I have contacted Moonpig but l don't expect any help as the message received back from Moonpig informed me that they 'are currently experiencing a high volume of emails and telephone calls but the hope to get back in touch soon.' I think that speaks for itself. I am not impressed.
