What customer service I have spent a week phoning a number that you've switched off I've tried the live chat get cut off and I've emailed everyday no answer all I want is the card I paid for for my husband not the one I got for a 3 year old girl mistakes I can understand a customer being blatantly ignored I can't

Ordered flowers & a card. Arrived on time. Card fine, flowers wilted, dead heads on roses, complete mess. Tried to freshen them up etc...just went downhill, absolutely rubish quality. Tried several times to contact the company to no avail...webchat went from 26th in queue to position 4 then cut off. Several emails have gone ignored. No response to form on website complaing. Absolutely disgusting service. Poor quality items, even worse customer service. They have a 5 day "freshness guarantee" yet seemingly impossible to get hold of so forget that.

Received flowers for my birthday on 22nd May. Followed instructions on the booklet and changed water etc. Its now 26th May and they are dead and drooping. To cap it all the delivery driver walked across our garden soil and everything to get back to his van as couldnt be bothered walking around!

A gift for my wife's birthday has still failed to arrive well past the day but its not that that upsets me its there total failure to try and contact me and resolve the issue the order is 9 days old they just don't care

I ordered a b.day card 2 month ago to make sure is arriving on time. I was on waiting chat for an hour I was 102 in a queue. I was disconnected with 10 people in front of me. Ridiculous! I hate them. Don't order..is waste of time and money.

Ordered 3 x cards then needed to amend one of them before it was posted. Could not get through on the phone, it kept saying ring back later. Emailed 3 times, got nowhere. Will not use them again their customer service is dreadful.

I ordered 3 bouquets of flowers all being delivered to different address. 2 bouquets were delivered within time specified but died within 4 days. The third bouquet was not delivered on the date specified and 4 days later I am still waiting. I have sent an email with no reply I tried calling on Monday 18th May waited 20 minutes on the phone but could wait any longer due to work commitments. I then tried calling again on Tuesday 19th May but the message said due to unforeseen circumstances they could not take any calls. Quick to take your money but do not deliver anything near a decent bouquet. (if in fact you actually do get a delivery at all).

Paid for 3 bouquets of flowers meant to cheer up family i cant see...arrived half dead and lasted 4 days max awful flowers.contacted via email several days ago.with still no.relpy.i want my money back!!

I was sent flowers would not even have paid 3£for them no comparison to the ones from Sainsbury's and some from Tesco ,to think my son has spent money n them

No help at all. Ordered a card and flowers a week ago and the flowers was delivered on the Tuesday and the card was meant to come Friday latest and never arrived! I emailed them to say it was still not delivered and had no response. So disappointed!

Oh dear - a card just shy of £5 was ordered 8 days in advance of the birthday date - the birthday has come and gone and no sign of the card :( Chasing for a refund as I have just had to go out and buy/post another. For a company that specialises in this as their business - I would avoid and chance Royal Mail directly as they're not cheap and obviously can't cope during Covid.

Daughter ordered flowers for my birthday as I a shielding they arrived in a terrible state and were very crushed up. She complained and they sent an 'upgrade' pretty enough but definitely not buds and lasted three days and they are in the bin total waste of money I don't have the heart to tell my daughter because it meant such a lot to her to give me a gift because she can't see me - you should be ashamed to deliver this rubbish

Ordered my gift and card as I was self isolating, quick enough to take my money but nothing received. Have emailed them 4 times, tried to call them but after 90 mins on hold I gave up. I'll never use again and tell everyone I know to avoid. So sick of businesses taking money and not supplying the relevant product/service!

If I could give a no star I certainly would have done. My partner ordered me what should have been a beautiful bunch of multicoloured lilies as a gift from my newborn son to celebrate my first birthday as a mummy. They arrived, I got very emotional (what girl doesn’t love being surprised with flowers). However what I opened was extremely disappointing, there just half a dozen in there (for the cost thats appalling) only 1 of the flowers was actually in tact (or looked remotely like a lily), most had been ripped from the stem or squashed to a point of no fixing. From a ‘coloured’ perspective well most of them had brown leaves so maybe that was what they classed as coloured. I am extremely grateful to my partner for the thought he put into this but feel extremely let down that he has spent a lot of money on having them delivered to be sent in the state they was. I wouldn’t have paid £3 if they had been reduced in a supermarket for the flowers I was presented with. I will not be using this service again and do not expect the flowers to survive the weekend. I am also not one to complain but this has upset me that much I felt I had no other option. Please be aware before you on order flowers from moonpig. My partner rang to make a complaint (was on hold for well over 30mins) the operator was extremely helpful and friendly and they did offer a full refund so customers service was excellent, just a shame about the product. On a positive the card he got me along with the flowers was just perfect, a beautiful picture of me and my son. Will give the star for that.

Non existent contact methods Always used funky pigeon & always 1st class service. Decided to use moonpig as the Irish funky pigeon site was down. Man, am i sorry i bothered. Ordered a big personalised card on 1/5/20 for my partner’s 30th Her birthday is tomorrow & no sign of the card. Iv sent an email & spent 20 mins on hold by phone, no response. No tracking on order to check. Will never ever use the site again. Guaranteed

If i could give a zero i would. i am appalled by the state of the flowers sent to me by my niece. they were fit only for the bin. They had all broken stems, stems with no heads crushed petals and flowers. In fact they look like they had been used to batter someone before being boxed. There is no way the condition of these flowers got this bad during transport, i can only assume they were in very poor condition before being sent. I hated having to inform my niece about the terrible bouquet received and do wonder how many of us are embarrassed to tell the sender for fear of appearing ungrateful, Thankfully i was so upset that she had spent money on such poor quality flowers that had to be put into the bin i contacted the customer services and after half hour got through to a very helpful and understanding gentleman who via speakerphone spoke with my niece and sorted a refund as i had declined having another bouquet sent out for fear of the condition of the next product. Unfortunately i nor she will ever use these again to send flowers.
