I received flowers from here and was very disappointed. Moonpig guarantees 5-day freshness, however, the flowers had wilted within 2 days, the roses looked nothing like the picture and the Lillies had started to fall apart before they were able to bloom. Contacted the complaints department several times and did not get any response. Awful flowers that arrived with many brown patches on the petals and awful customer service.

Moonpig are an absolute joke, ordered a card and flowers - and 7 days of calling my mother in law still nothing. Checked online...showing as delivered the day after being ordered!!!! Been trying for several days to call...after half an hour in the phone given up. So tried emailing today.....just had an email saying that they won’t be responding to emails!! Both me and my husband are key workers and can’t always get to the shops, trusted Moonpig - feel complete let down and ripped off!! No card, no flowers and over £20 out of pocket. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AGAIN, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - MOONPIG ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Appalling condition of flowers sent to my elderly step father for his birthday. No response and after 22 mins on hold on my mobile I ended the call.

My wife has just received 30 Roses. Four of the flowers were brown mush the rest we had to take the outer petals off because they were brown and damaged. Supposed to have been dispatched the day before, flowers never rot in a day. Sent an email to complain only to receive a reply saying at this time they will not be able to deal with my complaint.

Ordered a card for my mums 90th birthday on 21/4/20. It still hasn’t arrived. No one to answer the phone or respond to emails. Shocking !!!!

Used them for the first time ever card never turned up, must of been delivered to the moon as my friend didn't receive it... thanks moonpants the first time ever I've never given a card to my best friend. Ordered on 16th April never received save your money buy a card locally use a Stamp the old fashioned way.

Terrible service, birthday card that arrives 5 days late despite being ordered early. Email excuse blames the post service - there was no delay in taking my payment however. No refund offered but I will ask again. I will not be a repeat customer.

A personalized card ordered for my grandsons aged 7 and 3 year old twins for Easter. The envelope arrived with a 50th anniversary card inside! Unable to get through on the phone I emailed and got the reply sorry to disappoint on this occasion but we are very busy! Gave it a few days and emailed again and got the same response! Not good enough!!

Under no circumstances buy from Moonpig Birthday card is 6 days late They take no responsibility Blaming royal mail Offer a selection of delivery dates,but state that in small print there is a several day window,what's the point? Customer service rates as zero Beware,be warned

I have contacted moonpig via email with photos of items in question without receiving a solution. Ordered flowers, choc, wine & balloon - the flowers were battered and bruised the choc were advertised as Thornton’s and we received Gulain. My sister-in-law was very upset with her gift and I was mortified when they sent me the photos. Will never use again if fact if I could of given no stars that’s what they deserve

Ordered card well in advance and no mention was made of any delay. On website it said posted on 4th...but when it eventually turned up it had been posted on 6th! Very disappointing service and obviously don’t believe everything you read on website. I won’t use them again

ordered my dad a 50th birthday card on 27th March in the morning with first class delivery and still no sign of it almost 2 weeks later.. my dads birthday was yesterday and as I was told that the delivery would definitely arrive before then i wasn’t left with enough time to go out and get him anything else .. so disappointed

So very disappointed! Placed order in February, 6 full weeks in advance for personalised card and mug for grandsons birthday today. Despite dispatch date on original order of 3rd April it still hadn't arrived yesterday so I rang Moonpig to be told sorry since I placed the order they had run out of mugs and printing products and basically he wouldn't be receiving it as arranged. I asked why I hadn't been informed as I could have arranged another birthday card at least? Told they were not informed/didn't know products had run out? They offered to get the card sent out, which suggested that the card at least could have been printed & sent but acknowledged it wouldn't get there for his birthday. I asked for order to be cancelled and for full refund instead which was agreed and which I hope they honour. Surely if a company take your order and payment they should know and inform you if they cannot deliver on that order? He's 4 and this morning there wasn't a birthday card from his Gran & Grandad which at a time when we are unable to see him has upset us greatly!

Ordered 4 birthday cards 9 days before birthday there were no notices on site to say there were any delays. 5 days after birthday still no cards when I phoned to ask about cards moonpigs answer was 3 were sent and must be delayed and 1 was still being processed, appalling, uncaring and unconcerned customer service, totally uninterested. Avoid this company to avoid disappointment

I have used moonpig loads of times and never had a problem before, I ordered a card for my nieces 16th birthday that is today 5th April back around 26th March stated it was dispatched for 1st class on the 30th and she has not received it. I now feel really bad that it hasn't arrived in time
