I ordered the Christmas bouquet for my daughter but the flowers were in a very poor state and mostly greenery. What flowers were in the bunch were half dead. and certainly not the £40 value that I had paid. So disappointing. And after all the bad reviews before this one (which sadly I hadn't read before I made the order) you would think that Moonpig would have more pride in their company. But to be fair they have offered me a full refund so I will give them 3 stars for that.

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift. They were wilting and many heads were broken but the worse thing is that the flowers were white and had been badly sprayed with multiple different garish colours. They look dreadful.

Why take our money without being transparent that there are delivery issues. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd been made aware at point of sale. Appalling treatment of your customers. I ordered a week ago and have requested a refund for non-delivery.

Moonpig a dreadful company. I received my friends birthday day card 3 days after her birthday. Her birthday was on the 2nd Fece8and I received the card on the 5th December, order was placed on the 30th December. The promised me a refund on the 8th of December to which I'm still waiting for, it's now 23rd December. There excuse for this delay was covid - 19,nonsense, I've had no issues what so ever with any other market shippments over the past year. In fact most have been earlier than the promised date. This was my first dealing with moonpig and most definitely will be my last.

I ordered a birthday card for a friend whos birthday it was on the 3rd December 2020. I ordered on the 28th November, and paid 76p for first class delivery. They shipped it on the 30th of November and I received it on the 4th of November, 2 days after my friends birthday. Their excuse when I complained was the delay was due to Covid-19. I can't accept this excuse because in comparison I've had no issues with other deliveries from other shops in fact most have been delivered before the promised date. Moon pig promised me a refund on the 8th of December to which I'm still waiting for 23rd December 2020. This was my very first transaction with moonpig and will most certainly be my last and I would never ever recommend moonpig to any of my relatives or friends.

I ordered Christmas hampers for all my family on 19th November. They’ve cancelled the hampers the day before Christmas Eve with no notification, no refund and no explanation whatsoever

Bad service I fear allot of good reviews on TRUSTPILOT might be fake.. My wife's review removed and was genuine.. First time user of site and not technical. Thought I did everything right but they put CLAUDIA on my card. Now if you edit this Christmas card template it makes you (cant buy it without changing) the images but it doesn't let you know you need to get rid of the Claudia from the pre designed card. Massive floor in the system. With the money this company has it is actually hard to believe that you can buy it and it gets printed without asking. Especially when you put the recipients name on everything else on the correspondence. It is crazy!!! Maybe if your wife is called Jane you want it to say Merry Christmas CLAUDIA ? ( Come on guys ). My wife receiving the card with the wrong name on did not go down well. I ended up having to explain and show her on FB I had no friends called Claudia. Was a hell of a day an actual nightmare. It was supposed to help our relationship and offer some romance and thought. It did the REVERSE! When reaching out to the Moonpig support team I got the harshest reply was awful. Was basically tough luck. The card itself was the most expensive they did. I was cut off from the support people they didn't want to know. It was at this point I got my friends and family to help review as they didn't care. Then I managed to get hold of someone and he was nice. Showed him screen shots of the website problem. He then offered me £15 to replace it and prove to my wife it was a genuine mistake. He never applied the credit and was cut off. I am skint and there is no time for me to buy something else now. This is hours of complaining and trying to get hold of someone all day it took me hours. I know this review will get removed some how but I have dug deep and will make sure I keep reviewing of a terrible experience & I hope if other people have had this same issue we can club together and make sure this company is taken down. It's time for another company to get set up and hit this place with better service.

Placed a order fir personalised card. It was delv late. I was given a 5.00 credit. Weeks on still been unable to use it in spite of the fact I’ve complained several times. Absolutely disgraceful.

I received the Christmas bouquet flowers as a gift, the “flowers” arrived yesterday and already some of them wilting, there is loads of greenery in the bouquet but very little flowers, I checked the price and it was £36 , a total rip off. I web chat and the girl told me I had to contact the sender!!! It was a gift, why on earth would I do that and embarrass someone? Don’t use moon pig for flowers

Very poor quality flowers!! Stems broken and heads missing. This is an expensive service and should be better. Not impressed.

Ordered the miniature orange tree as a gift for a relative. Pot was smashed on arrival. Plant was also poor - only two oranges (there are at least seven on the plant on the website picture) and partly brown leaves. They only use Yodel to deliver (who in my experience are a terrible courier company - have had numerous issues with them) I only gave moonpig two stars because they promptly refunded me - but that doesn't make up for the disappointment does it?

AWEFUL experience. Terrible customer service. I am really sad and disappointed that my gift to family I can’t see was so badly managed. Card missing, box left out in rain, refused a refund as ‘goods were received’. Absolutely zero compassion for my disappointment. Refused to let me speak to a manager!!! I will be ever use them again, what a waist of £45

Mistake on one card and just non refined cardboard. Not of the quality expected, nor vfm. Put in the bin.

1. Late delivery. 2. Poor quality card material. 3. Flowers very limp, some blooms broken off, Gerbera heads bent over and beyond rescue. My sister in law spent £38 for this poor quality product. Bearing in mind the volume of poor reviews I will most certainly do my best to inform my relations and friends never to use Moonpig.

Sadly I have to agree with the very poor reviews. I have always been a fan of moonpig and used it regularly over the years. This year however for whatever reason , moonpig failed to deliver my card to an Australian relative on time despite the order bring sent well in advance. I chose moonpig as they have branches in Australia and use the Australian Post to deliver cards 1st class. I contacted moonpig on 8th December to complain, and as yet have not had any response to my email. I will never use moonpig again.

Very poor . Ordered flowers and chocolates. Chocalates unwrapped and loose in the delivery box and flowers nearly dead .

Ordered birthday card for my husband on 7th for delivery on 17th for his birthday on 18th, not arrived so what’s the point. Won’t use again. I know it’s busy but just plan better. Will expect a full refund!

Do not use them. Terrible service. I ordered a personalised Xmas card on 19th November for my brother, his wife and new born baby boy. I waited patiently until 2nd of December before chasing up where the card had got too. I was told by there customer service that it had "most probably been lost in transit" and that Moonpig will be re sending the card that same day (2nd December)... I then waited TWO WEEKS for the second "replacement" card, but once again it was a no show. I got in touch with customer service and requested a refund as I am not happy with there terrible service! I was told this Monday just gone 14th December that they have issued the refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to enter my bank account 4 days later... Let's see what happens... All I can say is DO NOT use Moonpig! After all the agro it has caused me I wish I'd just gone to a shop and got a card! Which I've now done. Will not be using Moonpig again, that's for sure.

The 2 cards I ordered are not delivered yet, despite ordering on 2nd December 2020. Very disappointed. No explanation as to why. I had a similar situation in July 2020 with Moonpig but I talked to a helpful staff member who resent the card and my sister and husband received 2 late Anniversary cards. I thought I would give them another chance. This company is really not good enough and unreliable.
