I received the Christmas bouquet flowers as a gift, the “flowers” arrived yesterday and already some of them wilting, there is loads of greenery in the bouquet but very little flowers, I checked the price and it was £36 , a total rip off. I web chat and the girl told me I had to contact the sender!!! It was a gift, why on earth would I do that and embarrass someone? Don’t use moon pig for flowers

Very poor quality flowers!! Stems broken and heads missing. This is an expensive service and should be better. Not impressed.

Ordered the miniature orange tree as a gift for a relative. Pot was smashed on arrival. Plant was also poor - only two oranges (there are at least seven on the plant on the website picture) and partly brown leaves. They only use Yodel to deliver (who in my experience are a terrible courier company - have had numerous issues with them) I only gave moonpig two stars because they promptly refunded me - but that doesn't make up for the disappointment does it?

AWEFUL experience. Terrible customer service. I am really sad and disappointed that my gift to family I can’t see was so badly managed. Card missing, box left out in rain, refused a refund as ‘goods were received’. Absolutely zero compassion for my disappointment. Refused to let me speak to a manager!!! I will be ever use them again, what a waist of £45

Mistake on one card and just non refined cardboard. Not of the quality expected, nor vfm. Put in the bin.

1. Late delivery. 2. Poor quality card material. 3. Flowers very limp, some blooms broken off, Gerbera heads bent over and beyond rescue. My sister in law spent £38 for this poor quality product. Bearing in mind the volume of poor reviews I will most certainly do my best to inform my relations and friends never to use Moonpig.

Sadly I have to agree with the very poor reviews. I have always been a fan of moonpig and used it regularly over the years. This year however for whatever reason , moonpig failed to deliver my card to an Australian relative on time despite the order bring sent well in advance. I chose moonpig as they have branches in Australia and use the Australian Post to deliver cards 1st class. I contacted moonpig on 8th December to complain, and as yet have not had any response to my email. I will never use moonpig again.

Very poor . Ordered flowers and chocolates. Chocalates unwrapped and loose in the delivery box and flowers nearly dead .

Ordered birthday card for my husband on 7th for delivery on 17th for his birthday on 18th, not arrived so what’s the point. Won’t use again. I know it’s busy but just plan better. Will expect a full refund!

Do not use them. Terrible service. I ordered a personalised Xmas card on 19th November for my brother, his wife and new born baby boy. I waited patiently until 2nd of December before chasing up where the card had got too. I was told by there customer service that it had "most probably been lost in transit" and that Moonpig will be re sending the card that same day (2nd December)... I then waited TWO WEEKS for the second "replacement" card, but once again it was a no show. I got in touch with customer service and requested a refund as I am not happy with there terrible service! I was told this Monday just gone 14th December that they have issued the refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to enter my bank account 4 days later... Let's see what happens... All I can say is DO NOT use Moonpig! After all the agro it has caused me I wish I'd just gone to a shop and got a card! Which I've now done. Will not be using Moonpig again, that's for sure.

The 2 cards I ordered are not delivered yet, despite ordering on 2nd December 2020. Very disappointed. No explanation as to why. I had a similar situation in July 2020 with Moonpig but I talked to a helpful staff member who resent the card and my sister and husband received 2 late Anniversary cards. I thought I would give them another chance. This company is really not good enough and unreliable.

Ordered a card for my granddaughters birthday paid extra for next day delivery hasn’t arrived . What’s the point of a personalised card that doesn’t arrive on the day . Rubbish . Never again

Ordered birthday card and present on the 8th December for delivery on 14th December. Plenty of time to establish if there would be an issue with stock. The delivery never turned up. For the last 3 days I have received an email saying it will be delivered tomorrow, only for it not to turn up. I have today cancelled the order after contacting the company via the live chat and being informed it is actually out of stock at the moment, why did you not tell me this earlier? I have been told I will have to wait 5-10 days for the money to be returned to my account, how do they propose I re buy the now very late card and present when they have my money? Be interesting to see if the last delivery I ever order gets delivered on time on the 21st December.

What Moonpig should ask is what went right! The answer being nothing! Surely this this organisation should be investigated for fraud. Time and again they continue to fail to deliver! Yet they fail to refund? How do they get away? Please please do not give them any money or business. They are one big con!

Bought the card, asked to be delivered on or before 11th December for our sons 30th which was on 14th December, didn't arrive until 15th December, poor show from a less than average company, will not use sgain

Not reliable, you enter addresses and they disappear and the functionality is rather poor. Recommend you look elsewhere until they get their software working properly. Chat not very helpful (probably trying to deal with other users at the same time).

Christmas flowers from my son in New Zealand were just left outside my door in the cold this morning and the box was crushed and partly open. There was no knock or bell to alert me and I didn’t find them until I went out to the dustbin. The majority of the flowers were limp/damaged - I salvaged them but they look exceedingly unattractive in the vase. They came with gold sprayed foliage which I had to abandon as the gold was coming off on everything it touched including my hands. A great disappointment and I shall be alerting my son not to use Moonpig for flowers again.

I ordered a Birthday card for my Mum 7 days before her Birthday from Moonpig. Today is my Mum’s Birthday and I don’t have a card to give her, it hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed, I managed to get a refund but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I haven’t got my Mum a Birthday card.
