Orderd Birthday cards for my daughters , on BOTH occasions NO envelope , not using moonpig again. When customer service goes down hill , so does the company . Well done moonpig 👍

I ordered two cards to go to the same address at the same time. One for My Daughter and Son In Laws anniversary and one for my Daughters birthday. Only one turned up, I made a complaint was told they would get back to me in 24 hours and I am still waiting 11 days later. Took the money quickly enough. This is not the first incidence so won’t be using them again. Very unhappy, given both cards were to the same address and orders at the same time.

Awful, ordered a card (with added photo), the tacky cheap letter box roses. For my mother’s birthday. Have recently lost Dad. Delivery date ordered. No product yet! Truly s***. Do not recommend, stay away

3 times I asked for a replacement delivery of flowers because the flowers were such poor quality but after nearly 2 weeks I gave up and asked for the sender to be given a refund,I have absolutely no idea if they’ll get a refund or I’ll get new flowers as they simply don’t let you know what’s going on,very poor customer service

I have used this company for a number of years and had no problems. Just before the start of the pandemic lockdown and since the service has deteriorated. Two cards to Canada never arrived and another to the UK I was unable to send due to the website saying multiple times NO SUCH POSTCODE! This was despite the fact that I had used the website to order a card for this person before. I don't know what is going on but I am now hesitant to use their service and have resorted to e-cards

USE FUNKY PIGEON INSTEAD IF THIS COMPANY…Worst card company ever. Ordered a card. Was never delivered despite receiving email to say it was. We ordered the same card another two times and still never delivered. Waste of time and money ABSOLUTE RUBBISH….!!!!

Absolutely shocking service. I paid for next day delivery. They card didn’t arrive. When I tried to contact them I could only find a web chat no direct number. The best they could do was to still charge me the card refund me the postage and send another. They said it’s lost we don’t know what happened to it. By this point the card was no use as the persons birthday had passed. 5 days I bought this card in advance of there birthday and they still managed to get it wrong

Totally disgusting company they have no customer service. They have lost a family moment we can never get back. I gave them 2 weeks to get it right and it's my wife's birthday and they are still not here

Spent all day scheduling cards for birthdays throughout the year. Created some lovely bespoke cards spent time choosing them and picking a layout. I spent over ÂŁ60 on cards, 3 cards did not arrive.

Do not use if you need cards in less than a week. My dad will miss out on special 80th birthday cards thanks to these charlatans.

I received some roses that a friend had sent to me because I’ve been poorly. This is only the 2nd day, and already they are wilting. There was supposed to be a card with them, which I still haven’t received! These flowers cost £24 for a dozen, I.e. £2 each, and they’ll be in the bin in a couple of days! Very dissatisfied, and would never order anything from Moonpig!

Really wish I had read these reviews prior to using Moonpig. Ordered a card for my grandsons special birthday in advance. Took time uploading particular photos, writing a special message. Didn't receive card. Customer service response was sorry, blame royal mail!! How come when I use royal mail and stick the flipping stamps on myself it always arrives! Not good enough Moonpig your blaming royalmail for your own shoddy service! There's obviously something not right with the dispatch side of your business, going by these Customers complaints and my own personal experience. As for Customer service it's uncaring inpersonal and just spouts off generic responses without a thought for the individual Customers special occasion. I definitely shan't be using this service again and will advise friends and family to avoid.

Whenever I order a card with a 'gift' i.e. a bottle of wine or a bunch of flowers, yodel is the delivery contractor. They are always late. Sometimes by a day. Sometimes by a couple of days. This is unacceptable and ludicrous from a service that caters for peoples special occasions. Moonpig simply 'fob you off' and say through their chat option..sometime today could be anytime from 7am till 11pm. I was told 'why are you stressed' To which I replied its my 25th wedding anniversary and I dont want the card and flowers delivered a day late. In the end gave up on the obvious millenial idiot. Will not use Moonpig again. And will tell everyone I know not to either.

Ordered a birthday card and paid for next day delivery. Recipients birthday was actually 3 days later but it still hasn’t arrived! Will not be using again as the same thing has happened to my son. We both got an email to say the cards had been sent to the wrong Royal Mail DO. Ok so Royal Mails fault but don’t rely on next day delivery if it’s not going to arrive.

It was my daughter's BIRTHDAY yesterday ordered a card with our photo on it the gift came but she recieved someone else's friendship card instead just complained and they said that they would refund me for the card but that isn't the issue here it was her BIRTHDAY I'm so angry that they cannot check cards before they go out I wouldn't even give them one star won't be using them again they didn't really care sort of oh well never mind I will refund for the card
