“Good selection of cards, able to personalise without much issue. On this occasion there was a fault with their system which meant that the cost of the card was taken out of my account twice - I hadn't realised, but they emailed promptly to apologise and refund was made very quickly”

“I love buying cards from Moonpig. I am able to be creative - choosing my own words and image uploads - and therefore make really personal cards for people I care about. People love to see their own names or personal photos used in a professionally printed card. In addition it is one of the most convenient ways to send cards - great if you are running late and have no time to go to the shops and post a card yourself. Moonpig reminders really help me stay on time with birthdays which has been a relief (not one of my strong points!).”

“Fantastic customer service from Moonpig. Had a problem with an item and they refunded my Moonpig account immediately. I used the money to purchase another card for another family member's birthday. Always left feeling delighted with Moonpig. Please keep up the amazing work!”
