Ordered on Thursday, delivered Monday, missed the birthday, wish I had just posted it myself, very expensive for poor service

Worst customer service ever. Ordered on 2nd May checked on 4th and had not been processed. Then ordered again on 4th. Checked and again had not been processed. Birthday missed. Moonpig do not care they then cancelled my order and refunded me. Without speaking to me. Gave me 10gbp which is useless as I will never be using this company again.

Absolutely disgusted with the so-called special offer of money back on my next purchase. When I read the small print, after entry my credit card details I see that you will be taking £15 per month to sign up to some scheme. Disgraceful

I order a card and present for my son to be delivered on 30th April, his birthday, it did not arrive, I am very disappointed with the service this time, it has never happened in the past. Please find out what happened or I will not be using you again.

Received flowers for my birthday from a friend. Worst flowers I’ve ever seen. Consisted of two sprays of wilting chrysanthemums with broken flower heads. One withered evergreen branch. Two wilting Alstroemerias and a lily with broken heads. Difficult to tell my friend but will have to at some point to stop her wasting money in future. I will certainly never use MoonPig.

I ordered a birthday card 2 weeks before the actual date....it never arrived. This is not good enough and I will look for other companies in the future.

Moonpig advertising next day delivery if you order by 9pm. Yet not one product could be delivered next day! Had to shop elsewhere. Disappointing!

Ordered a birthday card 14th March it was to be delivered 16th March (plenty of time to be delivered) however it never arrived! So disappointed with there service

Every single time, no matter how early I order the card either fails to arrive or doesn’t arrive on time. I should have learnt from my mistakes but I will do now and won’t be using this service again.

My son sent me flowers and a card. The card was addressed to someone else. The flowers were half dead. I contacted Moonpig via their chat and was told they would sort the problem. My son also contacted them. They said they would send the flowers and card again. No other flowers arrived but I did get a card but as Moonpig didn't bother putting any postage on it I had to go to the sorting office and pay £2. This isn't the first time I have had problems with them and will not be using them again.

Disgusting. Blundering company who could not care less. I’m now three weeks out of pocket from work. They sent my after leaving card three weeks too early. Thry couldn’t care less and offered me a £5 credit

THE PERSONALISATION REVERTED TO THAT OF THE SAMPLES AFTER CHECKOUT. NO-ONE TO CALL. NO CHANCE TO CANCEL. GAVE THEM UP FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND I WISH ID NEVER GONE BACK. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH..

Letterbox flowers arrived for mother's day from son. Tulips arrived but with an instruction leaflet for roses so not sure what was ordered. Tulip leaves were yellow and wilting on arrival and didn't improve. 'Greenery' with flowers looked dead on arrival and didn't change. Some of the tulips came out after 2 days, looked ok for about 2 days, then died. Remainder didn't blossom at all. I have used Moonpig many times in the past but won't do so again. A bunch of flowers from Morrisons bought recently for far less money looked beautiful for 3 weeks!

I ordered a “bundle” gift for my elderly mother. Hand cream and two decorated glasses. The hand cream arrived but the glasses didn’t. Thought, genuine mistake I’ll get in touch with them !!!!! Trying to get a response from them is impossible. It ruined her Mother’s Day with all the phone calls and hunting around the house in case it was left somewhere. Their customer service is dreadful. You can’t speak to anyone and all you get is an automated email saying we will be in touch. I’ve used this company for all family cards and gifts for a few years. Won’t be using them anymore, for sure.

what a waste of time Moonpig is. 2 birthday cards sent in last 3 months including 2 bottles of wine and a mothers day card none of them arrived. simple solution..... I'M NEVER USING MOONPIG EVER AGAIN.
