“I have reported since the delivery the scooter isn’t working, no one is getting back to me, how long does it take the customer service to answer people. The scooter doesn’t turn on. Why wasn’t it tested before it was delivered”

“Just bought a good Pre Flex Advance from Moose and couldn't be happier. There were a couple of delivery issues caused by FedEx but Moose handled everything well. The scooter is just as described, in great condition and I couldn't be happier! I'll be recommending Moose to any friend looking to buy a scooter without any reservations. Great company, fantastic prices, amazing quality scooters and outstanding service!”
