“Thank you Mountain Warehouse for International delivery to Portugal. Exceptional service from ordering to quick safe delivery. Very reasonable postage charge. Wonderful I can kit out my son and grandson so easily with a fashionable wardrobe. Very little choice in their area. What a find.”

“Mcarthur Glen outlet store offered service beyond just selling me two coats. Lauren not only explained the merits of each option she also got into a scientific discussion with my 15 year old regarding heat transfer. She also helped my twins to be "individuals" when finding coats. Unable to find any instore she guided us online and showed us what options the girls had. So much time given to our purchase! Very professionally and politely she even aided other shoppers while sorting us out. Lauren was a delightful lady to deal with, clearly she loves her job and is extremely knowledgeable about her products, as such I hope she is recognised as a pure asset to the company. I take this opportunity to wish both her and her colleagues a safe passage through these difficult times. I highly recommend the store to others.”

“After receiving the wrong item in my delivery, the customer service I received was exemplary. Spoke to someone instantly and she dispatched the correct items immediately. I was also gifted the wrong item. My items arrived promptly the next morning. I would highly recommend Mountain warehouse and commend them for excellent customer service.”

“Ordered boots online. Delivered in 5 days. Unfortunately one boot fit to tight and returned to W E Mall location for hassle-free return. Bought 2 pairs of shoes while there and now ordered another pair online. Look forward to receiving them next week.”

“In October 2019, I bought a 3 in 1 1500RY anorak. I wanted a coat to wear when walkIng my terrier. I paid about £60.00. I’ve worn it regularly since. It’s light and comfortable, completely waterproof and with lots of pockets for leads, whistles, treats and poo-bags. Warm in the cold weather, light and adaptable in warmer or wetter weather and after 8 months looks as good as when I bought it. I’m very impressed with it and hope it lasts and lasts but, if it doesn’t, I’ll definitely buy another one.”

“Ordered a coat to collect at the Glasgow west end branch.Nicest most helpful assistant called David, tried it on, not suitable, offered to order a different coat, but spotted a long jacket in store more expensive, reduced price plus gave me an instore discount. Had visited Glasgow Gordon Street branch a week earlier and didn’t find the staff friendly or helpful. Service I received from David second to none, a rare commodity nowadays, he should be recognised by the manager.”

“I live in Scotland so do most of my shopping with you online we are currently on holiday in Kendal and had a problem with a jacket that my wife bought recently. Just got in touch with the Kendal shop and they replaced it no questions asked. What fantastic customer service that is we will continue to support this great company and would certainly recommend brilliant customer service very very well done”

“I can't remember a time when I made a high street purchase and came a way so happy after spending money. I bought a waterproof jacket, a bottle of clean/waterproof fluid and some dubbin. The manager Tom at the Intu Centre could not have been more accommodating and personable. I came away feeling that I had had a very positive shopping experience AND at bargain prices. Well done Mountain Warehouse. I'll be back.”

“Great customer service support. Placed an Order twice for the same ski gloves (that were really good price for quality and delivered really quick). Telephoned to cancel second order and Manny was very helpful and got warehouse to cancel second order over weekend. Still got charged, but second call and Gail got me a refund to Paypal same day. So for my mistake they get 10 out 10 for support and friendly service. Would definitely use again.”

“I got the men parkas extreeme adarctic First to say that the quality of product is amazing usually I m large but medium is my size for this parka but the reason that I will buy again mountain warehouse product is the guys and ladies that work there I had to call to exchange the product with different size everyone was so polite helpful and friendly a special thanks to Stacey and Tim as at once send me the replacement after a few hours from our call thank you guys ,you really made the difference in my experience !!
