Never received my boots and the company will not respond. There is not a phone # to call and they will not call the # I give them through email. Terrible Customer Service. They should require signatures for higher end products to assure delivery.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! Will NEVER do business with My cozy boots again!!!!!! I ordered metallic pink mocassins but received. Shoes with Pom poms. Not my style. Did everything I could to return for the correct item but no one EVER responded... Do Not do business with this company!!!!!!!

I did not receive my boots and cannot get customer service to call me. I can’t call them either. I can’t find a phone number. Emails only and not willing to refund me for an item not received.

My Google Pay account was hacked and these junkies spent hundreds of dollars from my linked payment methods on "cozy boots." Thanks for reaching out for a review!

Hello Grinch, We are sorry your Google account was hacked. We did respond to your message and recommended to contact Google as soon as possible. The payment for the order was processed by Google, not us, and they should be able to help you with the payment and restoring access to your Google account. Unfortunately we are unable to help with your Google account.

I ordered a pair of uggs for my daughter for Christmas and they have a small RIP at the seam on the side. I can't find a receipt email to see about returns.

We are sorry there was an issue with item, you could have contacted us directly or Google Express, where the order was placed, within 30 days for a return/exchange. Order history is also available from Google Express account at all times.

Sorry, we indeed do not offer phone support, but we've been responding to the emails you sent us promptly. Every email you sent us was returned with a complete response within 30 minutes - 2 hours the same day.

I bought these boots for my girlfriend and they were supposed to be gray the box came in Violet gray open the box and the boots were green I called to have them send me a new pair so I could have them for Christmas and they told me no they need me to send those back and will refund my money in 10 days so needless to say I had to go out and buy new boots so my girlfriend had something to open on Christmas

Ordered size 6.5 pair of boots and both boots were discolored. Also, size on box was 6.5 and boots were size 6. I am in the process of returning them but was told I had to pay for shipping. I should not have to pay for shipping. I already have a pair of these boots and love them. Just wanted to have an extra pair. Can someone respond to me? Thank you.

They say they sent my notes. posted a mail trace where supposedly the package is in the mailbox, but the detail is and my question the usps mail did not work on October 8, 2018 because it was a Columbus Day holiday, how is that the package was delivered and that chance that we have not received anything. I went to the mail today and they do not have any record of the package. This company does not have a telephone to communicate and the service by message the person sent me to knock on my expired doors to see if someone had my package. Interestingly they have made a falsification of federal mail deliveries.
