The return policy is 14 days even when you buy at Christmas Sorry I ever ordered from these folks They are very slow in getting back to you I do not recommend at sll

Horrible and unresponsive customer service, paid extra for priority & express shipping and the shoes arrived 3 days late, with the company taking no responsibility, refusing to refund the supplemental shipping charges and blaming UPS. No response as to their claim with UPS. Messages to customer service where left with an automated answer.

I ordered a pair of black Ugg’s, I received a used pair of brown Ugg’s, I returned them with the week, they refused to refund me! Please Beware before you deal with this company!!

WARNING...This place is a scam. Ordered boots as a Xmas present. The company is saying they were delivered, but they were not and the company is unwilling to resolve the situation. Do not order from here.

Dear Jessica, your package was delivered to the address you requested when placing an order. Moreover, the package was signed for upon delivery by an individual named JESICA as clearly confirmed by official FedEx proof of delivery, and we have provided all the documentation, including a digital image of signature and the name of the person who signed for the package, officially released by FedEx. If you have proof, such as video recording, confirming that FedEx proof of delivery is invalid and that no one named Jessica signed for the package at the time and date of the delivery, you are very welcome to submit it for review and further investigation by FedEx.

My pink Dakota uggs were being delivered and when It said it was delivered I went outside and there was nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past couple of days and they responded fast at first and then they completely stopped replying and it sucks because they don’t have those ugg moccasins anywhere on my size but here! I just want my refund or the mocassins try to be sent again!

Dear Yvette, we're sorry about your experience. We indeed stopped replying to the messages sent over the weekend as we're closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we did respond to all the questions you had on Monday morning. Tracking number confirms delivery to the requested address, and the best course of action in this case is to open a claim with the carrier (USPS) at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Ordered a pair of boots for my wife's birthday (with expedited shipping so it would arrive in plenty of time). I received a message the next day that the order was canceled because they suspected it was fraudulent. Even after I contacted them back, they simply stated the system flagged it. No option to order. No confirmation requested. Just canceled.

Dear JH, You did have an option to reorder, we were not preventing re-orders. Unfortunately, we do cancel transactions that are marked by the payment processor as high-risk fraud for safety reasons. We are sorry you feel like your experience was unpleasant, but we can reassure you that if someone has indeed stolen your credit card and tried to use it for a purchase without your consent, you would have been thankful the transaction was not processed.

I was so excited to find a great deal on Uggs. I ordered a size 8 and received a size 7. After two emails, I was sent a return label with the promise of the correct size en route as soon as they could track the package I returned. I received the replacement, only to find that the boots were fraudulent! I have an exact pair in a different color that I ordered from Ugg and what Cozy Boots sent me was a knock off! I was pretty shocked. When I asked for a return label, I was told I had to pay for the return. Unbelievable. Buyer Beware. Do Not deal with this company. They sell fraudulent merchandise.

Never received my boots and the company will not respond. There is not a phone # to call and they will not call the # I give them through email. Terrible Customer Service. They should require signatures for higher end products to assure delivery.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!! Will NEVER do business with My cozy boots again!!!!!! I ordered metallic pink mocassins but received. Shoes with Pom poms. Not my style. Did everything I could to return for the correct item but no one EVER responded... Do Not do business with this company!!!!!!!

I did not receive my boots and cannot get customer service to call me. I can’t call them either. I can’t find a phone number. Emails only and not willing to refund me for an item not received.

Hello Grinch, We are sorry your Google account was hacked. We did respond to your message and recommended to contact Google as soon as possible. The payment for the order was processed by Google, not us, and they should be able to help you with the payment and restoring access to your Google account.
