I have not received any of my order it's been 4 weeks now and they where for presents got an email saying it was it was in transit but not got it as yet

The picture quality is so dark you can hardly see the picture, which when I went to order it it didn’t say poor quality.

I’ve been asked to leave a review and I’ve still not received anything yet! It was late being made and I can’t get any shipping information to see if it’s ever going to be delivered. The photo cushion was for a birthday present and the birthday was yesterday. I’ve had to apologise that I have absolutely no idea what is going on with their present or when they will get it, spoils the sentiment a bit. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Still awaiting delivery 16 days after it was dispatched, I contacted my picture and was given a mass copied response and no help what so ever. Customer service is non existent. I was going to order several canvases but not now

My 3 canvases came all not correctly stuck onto the canvas leaving odd trimming of a white line on each canvas. Surprised they dont have a quality check in place. When i complained as these was gifts requesting my money back as i had to rebuy from photo box they fobed me off and then resent me some more after i said i didnt want or need them.

I ordered my cushion 2 weeks ago. I was told a week ago this was on its way but has still not been received. I paid £25 including delivery and I am very disappointed as this was to be a present from my 6yr old granddaughter to her dad for Father’s Day. I have emailed several times and have not had a reply. Thank you for stealing my granddaughter’s money.

I ordered a gift for fathers day 14 days ago.. fathers days passed and i still havent recieved my order! I am unable to track my order and when emailing them ive been told to wait another 5 working days till anythinga done about it! Dissapointed is an understatement.

we were so pleased with the 2 blankets for our granddaughters. We have ordered blankets and towels from you before and always very pleased. They are delivered so quickly too. Have passed on your address quite a few times

Don’t buy anything from this company. I bought a photo blanket from them and I paid for the plush blanket and they sent a fleece blanket. When I asked for a refund it took ages to get back to me and in the end refused to refund me my money because they couldn’t resell it. I’m so upset about it. What company sends the wrong product, a cheaper one than you pay for and then refuses to take responsibility and give a refund?

The customer service for this company is appalling. You cannot get hold of them via telephone or email. I have left numerous emails and no one has come back to me. I had a generic email to say there were production issues and now I cannot get hold of anyone to find out what is going on. It says here queries resolved in under an hour - absolutely not a chance, I have been trying for days.

Ordered a blanket and a framed picture. Arrived very late. My-Picture’s customer service is truly dreadful, one of the worst I have ever experienced. Web site communicates via a Bot, which an answer phone message subsequently refers you back to! No chance of a call back, emails go unanswered. When the items finally arrived the blanket was OK (not great, just OK). Same for the printing, but the frame looked like it had been attached by a blind chimp. Items appeared well wrapped, but, if their web site is to be believed, had been in transit for 11 days, so maybe it took a hit. If My-Picture put a fraction of the energy into delivering quality products, on time as they do marketing (swamping you with ‘Special Offers’ - way before anything has arrived), my experience would have been entirely different. Will be going elsewhere next time.
