Why are MyPicture allowed to break the law? The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clear states that where a product is faulty the seller has one chance to put this right, otheriwse they MUST issue a refund. I ordered a photorug which was faulty. MyPicture sent a replacement, which was also faulty (as an aside - don't buy the photorugs as there is an inbuilt flaw in the materials used in the manufacturing process). I then asked for a refund. MyPicture told me I was not entitled to a refund as it is THEIR POLICY that they have TWO chances to put right any sales that are faulty or not fit for purpose. I've asked them why they think company policy overides the law, but they have been reluctant to respond. They have even since told me they will send me a diffent product as an alternative ! Why would I want that? If I wanted a different product I would have ordered a different product. Funny enough I also have a 2nd product outstanding that I ordered at the same time as the photorug (over a month ago). I waited 3 weeks for this to turn up, and when I contacted MyPicture they told me it had been returned due to an incorrect address. They told me I had to provide them with my correct address. I advised them that I had provided my correct address, that my details were correct on their website, and that I had just had my photorug delivered and that had the same address details. Their response was that I had to give them my real address. We just went round and round in circles until their customer services gave up and sent out a replacement product - which I haven't received yet. No, I'm not overly impressed with MyPicture......

Customer service is disgusting. Website changes important information. Ruined my order and wouldnt allow me a discount or replacement for a fault on their part

Terrible experience Took forever with no feedback on why there was such a Long delay. Still haven’t received my one order either! Terribly expensive poor quality and even poorer service

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!! My original order of a framed family photo was placed at the end of May and I was debited £44.90 on 1st June 2020. The Hermes tracking page (when I managed to decipher it, as it was in German) stated that the item had supposedly been delivered to me on 4th June....OH NO IT HADN’T! Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, both by phone and email, I have been fobbed off and am still waiting! Having read the recent reviews On other review sites, it seems there is something afoot with this company and I find it hard to believe that any of the positive reviews are actually from real people.

I placed an order for a custom pillow 2 weeks ago. I was told production was complete and will be notified when its scanned by the courier. Still no news of my package. Ive tried using the customer service chat which just takes you to a bot each time and cant get through to an agent. Ive emailed and still no response and also I've sat on multiple phone calls awaiting an agent to pick up.... but yet again still no response. This was a present too. Im obviously one of few who've had a bad experience judging the reviews but Im appalled by the customer service. WOULDN'T USE AGAIN!

Ordered my cushion in good time for Father’s Day ... I’ve received an email to say its out for delivery on 15th June ... still not received it So far I wouldn’t recommend this company

I have not received any of my order it's been 4 weeks now and they where for presents got an email saying it was it was in transit but not got it as yet

The picture quality is so dark you can hardly see the picture, which when I went to order it it didn’t say poor quality.

I’ve been asked to leave a review and I’ve still not received anything yet! It was late being made and I can’t get any shipping information to see if it’s ever going to be delivered. The photo cushion was for a birthday present and the birthday was yesterday. I’ve had to apologise that I have absolutely no idea what is going on with their present or when they will get it, spoils the sentiment a bit. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Still awaiting delivery 16 days after it was dispatched, I contacted my picture and was given a mass copied response and no help what so ever. Customer service is non existent. I was going to order several canvases but not now

My 3 canvases came all not correctly stuck onto the canvas leaving odd trimming of a white line on each canvas. Surprised they dont have a quality check in place. When i complained as these was gifts requesting my money back as i had to rebuy from photo box they fobed me off and then resent me some more after i said i didnt want or need them.

I ordered my cushion 2 weeks ago. I was told a week ago this was on its way but has still not been received. I paid £25 including delivery and I am very disappointed as this was to be a present from my 6yr old granddaughter to her dad for Father’s Day. I have emailed several times and have not had a reply. Thank you for stealing my granddaughter’s money.
