“Avoid at all costs! Complete con artists! I ordered 2 canvases from here and when they arrived they had a white line along the edge. I complained and they stated it was an error in the photo end you could obviously see they had aligned it on the frame incorrectly. After much tooing and froing they agreed to replace - i had to reorder through the website and when i got to the paypal payment cancel so that the order goes to then as incomplete, they would then send my replacement canvases at no charge. When I followed their instructions however, the payment went through as PayPal on my phone is automatic. No problem I thought I'll email them and they can refund. We'll turns out that as I signed up to their terms and conditions when the payment went through and they're a German company they don't have to refund me and won't! Even though I have evidence that the canvasses were supposed to be complementary due to their previous substandard product. Until people stop buying from them they will continue to scam people.”

“When I placed my order last December, the countdown clock on the My Picture website clearly indicated that my order would arrive before Xmas. My order didn't arrive until 6th Jan! This was really awkward for me, and the customer service was absolutely useless afterwards. I would never buy from My Picture again.”

“Absolutely terrible! I ordered wall photos thay came without the hook and the "customer service" would not help me remedy. I recommend using another company, they are rude and hung up on me .”

“Awful company and totally lacking in customer service skills. Picture not delivered 10 days after it was supposed to have been despatched although they state delivery within 3-5 working days. Said I had to wait another 4 days when it will either be delivered or returned to them. Refuse to refund. Ordered as a present for a birthday last week so, if it ever does arrive it will be well after the birthday. Advertise as a UK company with a UK website but they are a German company. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.”

“Ordered a picture on 6 October for a bday gift, it was “ready for dispatch” on 7th and has still not arrived (22nd October). Given this is a UK delivery this is unacceptable - 18 days waiting for a simple picture. The bday has been and gone. I’ve written to customer services and was told “we have no influence to control postal deliveries” - not exactly the response I was looking for”

“I ordered a canvas was a wedding gift. The recipient did not receive it. When I queried this they said they would investigate that was 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened apart from continuous emails saying it was being looked into. I also contacted the delivery company who admitted it was lost. So what's to investigate. Oh and despite the .co.uk email address this company is based in Europe. The brief conversations I have had by phone have been abrupt to the point of rudeness. So I would never recommend this company.”

“this is a terrible service, it started good, however, first items sent with damage ink runs, they i order two lots 6 weeks ago and they lie stating they got delivered and sent back and now am told they no idea with the lots are ? the service is terrible i would to recommend this company to noone”

“I'm so disappointed to recieve my 20/20 canvas photo as a present. Very un professional a waste of money, rubbish service, 5he way this picture was put together was an absolute nightmare. We was so distraught to see a family picture ruined because this company does not take people's memories and wishes and make them a priority when they are been paid to do a service. Please dont use this service as we were very disappointed.”

“The image quality is really bad They do nothing to alert you of this I normally use pic fair. But as these had such a good offer I ordered from them Major disappointment And a rip off Avoid at all costs I'm a photographer And if I sent images out this bad I wouldn't expect payment”

“We have had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly, we ordered a photo of the family and after two weeks (which I recall was longer than expected) we received a photo which was not of our family... It was also a terrible quality, really saturated image on very cheap plastic. Having initially contacted Mypicture about this, they very unhelpfully informed us that, since they operate in Germany and therefore abide by German laws on custom made goods (I still question how this is legitimate, when we bought from the UK site and therefore I would imagine that we have UK customer rights), we were ineligible for a refund. They would, however happily send us another photo (hopefully of our own family....?). Another two weeks has gone by and they have sent us the replacement. Thankfully it is of our family (they have, at least, managed to get that right), however again the quality is terrible. It's oversaturated, off-centre and again printed on plastic that's so cheap it looks like it will snap in two if we try and pin it to the wall (although maybe that would be a good outlet for my anger...). We are trying again to complain, but whatever the outcome I would strongly advise against using these guys. It's the kind of company which is probably great if all goes well but as soon as something goes wrong, you're completely on your own. I refuse to pay so much to receive such a terrible quality item and suffer such awful customer service - I'd advise you don't either.”

“Do not use this company. What they produced for me is only good for firewood. At first they refused to recognise a problem. Once they did, they offered to print another one, but I preferred to have my money refunded because the quality was so bad (See Photos). They refused to refund my money, quoting spurious German regulations at me. The quality of the print they produced for me is so poor. Completely blurred and distorted. It made you nauseous to look at it. I highly recommend avoiding this company who are German and not based I the UK as their website presents. Avoid avoid avoid!”

“I ordered some face masks from this company who advertised to have them with you in a week ,i understand with current situations delays may be possible but five weeks later nothing ! If you ask for refund they say they are a German based company and you have no rights under British consumer law. In my experience and opinion avoid at all costs.”

“I Had ordered 2 face masks and paid for them a month ago, I contacted them and they told me they had been returned to them as an incorrect address, so they were going to send them again, and I’m still waiting. They were going to be a gift for a birthday, but they are too late now. I would not recommend them. I did check the reviews before I ordered too, guess they could be fake? I Would not recommend.”

“I would give MY PICTURE (www.my-picture.co.uk) zero stars if I could. I paid for priority delivery and still haven't received my product - a simple framed photo - more than a week later. After three emails and one phone call to the company, I am still none the wiser about when I will receive it. I have received no apology - but I HAVE received a constant stream of spam emails from the company, to the point that my Inbox is rammed with adverts for their products. Needless to say, none of the emails tells me when the product I have actually ordered and paid for will be arriving. In the meantime, I have resorted to using another online company and they have already delivered my product - beautifully made and also with free delivery. I will never use My Picture again and I (strongly) DO NOT recommend them. Still waiting to see if my product ever turns up... the occasion it was intended for as a gift has sadly now passed...”
