“Awful service. Placed an order on 14th December and another on 17th December, both had "guaranteed Christmas delivery". Finally received the order placed on 17th on 5th January but the first order still hasn't gone to production!!! I have messaged with no reply. Incredibly disappointed”
“Do NOT use this company. They act as an in-between company that produce the poor quality goods in Germany. I ordered 3 jigsaws. They do not come in boxes with the picture of the jigsaw, but badly packaging. The jigsaws were all bent and the larger the jigsaw the thinner the quality. They will NOT refund your money if anything is wrong. Their customer service is very, very hard to get hold of. I ordered the jigsaws a month before Christmas for presents. I had to have them redone as they wouldn't refund me. I eventually received them after Christmas, so too late to give.”
“Ordered for christmas and was told it was ready to ship on 19th December. My dad received it on 2nd Jan. The frame also does not have any hooks on it for hanging. I understood that for a few days the border was closed but I was disappointed as i initially thought that i was using a UK site as it is registered as a co.uk site to then find out that it was coming from Germany. No mention of this was on the checkout/delivery page.”

I raised it as an issue as I no longer needed the picture and the response I got was 10% off my next order. Not good enough. There will not be another order as I will try mixtiles next.”

I purchased an item on the 18th of December 2020 as a christmas present. However, till today on the 1st of January 2021, the item as not arrived. The initial promise was that the item delivered latest by 23rd December. I have tried to contact them, however the website tries to divert customers away from getting ACTUAL help. When asking for a refund I was sent a short obnoxious email quoting German law, with no information about when I will actually receive my order. Shop elsewhere!”

Terrible service!!! Still not received my order, I’ve actually reported this company to Trading Standards - a close family member works for them. It’s dreadful service and TS said they’ll be able to do something for sure due to there being so many negative comment!!!! I’m relieved as this company don’t deserve to be operating. You have my money and just don’t send the items!!!

Doesn't send your items out and when they do, they are exceptionally poor quality!
Still waiting on a cushion personalised that was due to me at the start of December.
I did however receive 2 personalised mugs but which have been distorted to the point you can't see 3 quarters of the Image.
Its also very funny how this company will not allow images to be shared on their Facebook or reviews to be left! Take a quick look at their Google reviews and comments left by thousands of unhappy customers!
