“Ordered a jigsaw puzzle, which did eventually come. However, it came in a plastic bag, not a box like you would expect and no picture. Had to make a box and get a picture myself. Rubbish product.
Like another reviewer I expect the many five star reviews, with very similar words are fake.”
“This company is a classic 'push the name to the top of the search' they produce rubbish work in the cheapest frames and charge high prices. I suspect the 5 star reviews are generated by outside agencies. The practice of pretending to be a UK company is really shameful.”
“The quality of the picture was very poor and I paid £10 for a framed back wich was missing. The Plastic acrylic looks cheap ordered a small one before I put a big order for quite a few so glad I did. Avoid at all costs total rubbish I think I'm just going to throw mine in the bin.”

Scam of company my two face masks never turn up no tracking. Number they told me contact then in 2 days so did tonight Liz Rodgers was no help she blame parcel company they didn’t even send it no tracking nothing and other people had same issues I now reported this company fraud action”

“Ordered and paid for photo jigsaw on 08 April, was told it was ready and just waiting for courier. Told I would be emailed when 'scanned' by courier. Never happened. Expected delivery 18 April. Still nothing by 25 April. Customer number doesn't work on their tracking system on their website. Reply from Customer Services said to wait another 5 days, parcel is untracked, discount offered but seeing as I haven't received my order why would a discount be something I would want? The website is pretty but not helpful in the slightest, if I get the item I ordered I won't be using this company again. If I don't receive the item it looks like I will get nothing, German consumer laws are apparently useless with regards lost deliveries. Good luck if you choose to use this company.”
