Picture arrived and the frame was broken in several places. The writing on the picture was also way bigger than was shown when ordering. Tried to ask for a refund and was basically told no.... even though it arrived damaged! Customer services was really bad. No offer of even sending out a new frame or replacement. My partner had brought this for me as a present for Valentines and it arrived late and he was gutted after seeing the state it was in as he knew how excited I would be about it. Definitely avoid this company!

Bought a picture entitled valentines gift and it didn’t arrive in time for Valentine’s Day. Spoke to a man on the phone and he wasn’t very helpful at all. Poor service and still don’t have the item. Emailed the company and they didn’t even come back to me.

Poor customer service . 3 months to try and get a correctly printed image. The replacement was still printed incorrectly and rather than respond they try hide behind automated responses . I suspect there are better companies to deal with .

Sent a great picture and paid for it upfront. Canvass came back one of the heads is missing . Complained and apparently it is my fault. Don’t waste your money lots of great firms around that will do a great job.hate when companies turn it back on the customer like this .

Ordered before Christmas and, 3 weeks after, the order has not been delivered, nor the My Picture team has bothered to contact me or even reply to customer services queries. Stay away from this service.

6 weeks and still part of order not delivered. The reason? A telephone number is required. Part of my order arrived with no need for my phone number... so it’s a very thin excuse for non delivery. Very poor and at times patronising customer service. The printing is very good, unfortunately the products themselves vary in quality... the rug is a really horrible item... the blanket is lovely. The items sent by Royal Mail on 22nd November still haven’t turned up. Those sent on same date by courier services were weeks late and only arrived after lots of chasing emails by me. Really on all levels awful service.

The quality of the prints Acrylic+Aluminium Photo Prints I received was terrible, as is the service. These are supposed to be their 'premium' product but the acrylic was badly cut, the edges weren't straight or inline with the aluminium backing and so it was unusable. Unfortunately, I had made several subsequent orders before seeing the first print (which was delayed due to Christmas). When I tried to cancel on the same day as making an order (clearly before production on the new pieces had started) I did not receive a response. Reading the small print on their website it essentially says there is no right to cancel and no refunds - hence, no doubt, the terrible quality of their work. Very dissapointing.

Have used my picture in the past and the quality and arrival time was really good, don't know if they took to much on just before christmas, but my two canvases I ordered to be here before christmas never arrived. Now jan 2nd and both canvases have arrived, and to say i'm dissapointed with the quality is an understatement, I am a photographer and got these as presents for christmas, neither are fit for purpose, dark and blurry nothing like the high quality pictures I emailed them. Sorry don't think I will use this company again.

I still haven't recieved my order of a personalised cushion. It was a present from my 15 year old daughter (who had saved her own working money) to my mother for Christmas. So disappointed and upset. It actually ruined our christmas morning. I haven't got a clue where my order is and certainly wont use this company again!

I am extremely disappointed. My order was to arrive before Christmas, it is now 5 days later and it still hasn’t come. I ordered a cushion with a picture of me and my boyfriend which was supposed to be given to him as a gift. I sent a complaint a couple days ago and I still haven’t gotten a response.

Ordered a framed print within time for Christmas delivery, it was to be my wife's main present (an enlargement from our wedding in the summer). The UPS tracking never changed from 'awaiting the item's for days and days. Emailed 2 days ago to find out what the hells going on, no reply. It's now 7.30 Christmas eve night...no framed print, so guess that part of Christmas is ruined. Many thanks My-Picture...

Absolutely atrocious service- I have chased and chased for any information regarding my order. Took my money and since then have acted like I don’t exist, I actually think its a fraudulent company!!! You sit 20+ minutes on hold then they tell you your order doesn't exist. Then they find you. Then they send you a confirmation email to prove they originally sent it, that you again don’t receive despite providing an alternative email. Its definitely a fake site- DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Terrible customer service. My parcel never arrived and after sending 3 emails to find out what was going on. They finally decided to reply and tell me it had been sent back. After 4 weeks of waiting for a small canvas print. I've also asked for a refund and they will not give my money back. I still don't have the print.

The picture on the blanket was of some random child, not what I ordered! And now it's 3 days and multiple emails later and they still haven't replied. I certainly won't use this company again

I’ve had so many canvas prints done by yourself. unfortunately the last photo was nothing like the one I sent you, you could hardly see the print it was manly all black? feeling very annoyed.

I've still not received my order, poor service, no delivery & would seem since I wrote a review soooooo many good ones suddenly appear!! Thry choose what they allow to be seen
